His Q's CD is now 3.5s at L5, which is 2.1s with 40% CDR. With his passive, that's "cast two other spells". That's badass. He now has two mana scaling spells. His combo may suffer, but the new combo is less reliant on E, which means it's more reliable and longer range. All his ranges have been increased a LOT. His pre-6 laning should thus be improved. The movespeed on his ult is a bit out-of-left-field, but hey, now he's not just "bad Annie", he's actually slightly different... | ||

I go to the client thing that shows the server status & it just goes into a forever loading phase. Edit - Ok yeah its been running for like an hour or two now... How do I get it to where I can actually PLAY LoL? | ||

said lux went 0-4 lolol I tolled those kids so hard. No runes, lvl 20 smurf on EU, and I had serious lag issues the entire game with literally 10 second delays. Decided to not even get boots and told the first guy who questioned it "Boots don't win games, asshole." I still scored more kills than most of my team though lol. We lost, but it was so worth it as I don't care about losing on that account anyway and I had fun. | ||

I don't see that comparison being totally valid unless Equilibrium Strike has like a 1-2 second cooldown (which I doubt, since non-casters usually don't get abilities that are that spammy). | ||

Bear Stance has the ability to stun multiple people, and doesn't require them to be higher health than you to do so(chasing a carry from a fight, catching someone chasing your carry that took damage on their way, etc). Terrible comparison. | ||
