It allows you to use Gloom more often, you have more consistent damage even if you didn't attack for some time and also allows you to get Rancor stacks fast when you pick that level 20 talent(today Sake chose Rancor in one of their games against L5). And yes, when there isn't much ability damage you are going tempered by discipline, in which case Seething Hatred is also better choice as you start healing in team fights much faster and can easily solo camps. | ||

In those statistics you can see in how many matches we see those builds and we've seen way more matches with Valla than what those numbers indicate. | ||

Or Duran? I do When I imagine Fenix, I think of him in his Zealot form. All Dragoons look the same, so I feel like it'd be a shame to put Fenix in that shell. That being said, the Zealot archetype already exists in HotS, so I almost feel like there's no room for Fenix, if not in his Dragoon form. And honestly, playing a Dragoon in HotS doesn't sound that fun to me. | ||

XD Ultimate, "Shitty Pathing" Dragoon ignores map terrain dealing 250 damage per shot for 10 seconds if they are in range of a target. Also I look forward to a day where I don't face a Zarya in every QM, but she is pretty fantastic. I think that the Graviton Surge CD is a bit too long, 90 seconds, or 80 would be more appropriate considering it isn't a stun. I've been using Expulsion Zone more often than not today to some effect. | ||
