It's gotta be his MMR... I find games in like ten seconds on NA.
High ranking matchmaking on US is either A: couple minutes if high elo people are playing or B: 5-6 minutes into a game with much much lower people.
It is what it is, happens at high mmr in every game.

That and Jaina got all the buffs she needed and is now both very fun AND very powerful. They added more gold rewards. If you were high enough level you got 10k for free when the patch went out.

Argubably, owning every hero let's you have incredible versatility when you're picking out your team since you'd be able to counterpick / pick something that synergizes with your team more.
I don't think it's literally pay to win, but there' is some type of advantage over people who dont pay...

I think most people would take the guy playing a champ he's lvl 10 and doesn't quite fit the comp as well (same type of hero obv) rather than the guy with a lvl 4 hero but it's "perfect" for the team comps.
If you have enough time to be highly proficient with all the heroes you probably didn't need to spend money with that time investment lol

I finally got to try the new map last night. It's some pretty crazy shit. When I first heard about the mechanic, I thought it was going to be too PvE-centric. Definitely not the case. The small confines combined with the need to constantly turn in the gems leads to a lot of action.

It wasn't even an empty whine. It's a very poor attempt to spread misinformation while criticizing a game that he hasn't played.

I've only played the map once so far and it has a completely different playstyle than the other maps. Until I get better at it and understand it more, it will remain pretty chaotic. There are fights going on all the time and you never really feel safe. If an opponent disappears off the map for even a second, you can't be sure that they're not on their way to you.
So much fun!

There are so many ambush spots in the map as well. I think watching high level games on it will be really entertaining.

When I was playing, I had the thought that this could be a map where Tassadar's forcefield could really shine.

I feel the same way. I was playing with a bunch of newbies (cuz I was teaching my friend to play and matchmaker put us with newbs) and had a 32 minute game on the map. Lots of action going on all the time and it's very chaotic. It's fun and I'm sure I'm playing the map totally wrong, but so far it was pretty fun.

They buffed it, but I'm still hesitant to use it. Tassadar losing damage on Storm and the nerf to double storm means he does much less damage outside of Archon than he used to. You'd really have to build a high damage comp if you want wall to work, otherwise you trap them in and just die to them.

Yeah but Archon has a 100s cd. If for whatever reason teamfights happens much more often, which is quite possible on the new map, Force Wall becomes more appealing.
Edit. Also double storm nerf has been (stealth)reverted in the February patch

In the past five days- since I started this game- I've played around with about 10 characters (level 5 each) and I currently really like Falstad (mobility with flight to travel to shrines and assist, BOOMerang chain to deal decent damage, Barrel Roll to escape, can kite pretty well with his ranged basic attack, attacks can heal, etc.), and I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips on what level-up spells to pick and other general tips on playing as him.
Right now, I'm mostly picking Bribe (is this worth it? instantly recruiting the Siege pair every few minutes?) -> Vamp. Assault -> BOOMerang -> Mighty Gust -> [no idea for lvl 13] -> Afterburner -> Epic Mount (or occasionally Fury of the Storm/ Nexus Frenzy). Any suggestions on better spells? I'd like as much utility out of this guy as possible. Thanks

I really like the Spider Queen map. Games do not last too long (or are way too short), its not snowbally and map mechanics are not OP. I think blizzard is learning how to design better heroes and maps Hope they refrain from huge maps like cursed Hollow and OP map mechanics like Sky Temple (i kinda like it tough) and Haunted Mines.
BTW, do not post keys in public places, just ask for people to PM you or something. Bots and ill intentioned people may get them.

Tassadar is godlike on the spider map. His oracle helps so much in those cramped corridors

It's been reported in Reddit and Blizzard said that they probably know the cause and it will get fixed soon ™

I think the EU-server had some pretty bad hiccups late last night. Had a game yesterday where I wasn't allowed to connect before lvl 18 (my team) - 21 (other team) and only our core left. Our Thrall had the same issue but it was resolved at level 4 for him. From around 00:30 and forwards I had severe in-game lag
