Brightwing should still have it as well

Twilight archon is hardly groundbreaking, it's just a decent upgrade to his heroic nothing special. Archon being nerfed makes it weaker a well. Second strike having just 2 seconds in between now and the storm having less range to begin with it is pretty big. I think it's an appropiate change. Storming the same spot isn't as effective anymore now you'll just get maximum 5 instead of 6 seconds now and it will happen MUCH more now that you miss the second storm. For example most stuns or your E will let you miss the second storm now. Heck with prescience buff i'd say prescience + dimensional warp may be better now. Overload just becomes a buffed psi-infusion now, not bad. Makes him go from a mana hungry damage beast to more of a spell spamming support. I think it's a fine nerf overall if they take the approach of buffing a whole lot of the unplayable heroes later.

They already nerfed Tassadar this patch. Static crits do 25% less damage, Archon lasts 2 seconds shorter, and you can no longer cast a double duration storm (Storm lasts 3 seconds, you have 2 seconds to place a Second Strike, they will always overlap). Those are some big nerfs. That's in addition to the straight 20% damage nerf from removing Overload.

Rewind and resurgence nerf good, although rewind unfortunately nerfs some heroes now which already need some love like muradin. Promote (and similar talents) changes are a bit harsh I think. It was typically cast on backline minions with the intention to live quite long, now it feels a bit bad. The warrior class nicely get's brought closer together. Anub'arak gets nerfed a bit too much I think, carapace and heroic weakened quite a bit, affected by resurgence change and rewind removed. New imposing presence looks cool but doubt it makes up for it and probably makes him a bit weak now. Arthas, tyrael and stitches get tiny nerfs but remain top I think with the unchanged chen. Sonya does get a tiny buff I think with the whirldwind change despite leap nerf but I think she remains weaker. Overall I think anub'arak falls out of top heroes as he becomes too squishy now, for the rest it's probably still arthas clear #1 with chen, stitches and tyrael behind (in that order now i guess). Overall not bad, class as a whole nerfed by resurgence change and brought close together allthough I think muradin, ETC and diablo still need more love and arthas a slightly buffer nerf. Also I wish there was more talent tinkering, heroes like stitches still have just 1 build basically. Uther and tassadar change seem adequate. They remain strong heroes I think, especially as they don't get nerfed much by the resurgence change since they have fine ultimate upgrades. Uther even get's a bit in return with conjurer's pursuit upgrade. Uther got close with brightwing and rehgar now, other supports still need a bit of love although malf especially benefits from conjurer's pursuit change. Illidan change is baffling. He was already fine he just needed a certain setup to happen. Now he becomes straight up great often I think (which i'm fine with as he's cool) although he still sucks in pubs probably. Not sure what they want with the immolation change, looks like a slight buff although that talent was already dominant. Nazeebo change is also weird, it's good they remove the trait triggering on summons but the talent choice is extremely dominant now while it already was a bit before. Quite good now actually as it's not hard to gain 200-300 stacks of that at lvl 20. Abathur change is a good start but I still think the hero will be too strong, his map presence is just that good and ulting slightly less probably won't change that. A bit weird how Tychus didn't get changed though unless the bug fix was a silent nerf. Assassins which were already good seem to have gotten relatively better now with the nerf to top warriors and resurgence in general. All in all not bad. Feel like tier1 and tier 2 heroes got closer together but they stay the same except anub'arak who falls to tier 3. Bottom heroes still generally not pickable it seems although the gap got a bit closer.

The HOTS e-sports scene is slowly but surely developing. The newest addition is Millenium which decided to sponsor the team El Nexo. The source article is in French, so I am going to summarize it in English. http://www.millenium.org/heroes-of-the-storm/esport/esport/el-nexo-porte-les-couleurs-millenium-l-equipe-de-vortix-sur-heroes-of-the-storm-portera-les-couleurs-de-m-a-la-hcl-118438 According to the article, Millenium are aware about the immense potential that the new Blizzard's game has and are stating that they have already had big plans with it. When Vortix approached them and proposed that his team play for Millenium, they eagerly seized the opportunity. Vortix founded El Nexo together with his brother LucifroN. The team already proved their worth by winning the Roccat Versasphere Invitational 2, beating mYinsanity in the finals. Though involved with the HOTS team, Vortix currently does not intend to finish his SC2 career. I am also including my translations of statements from Llewellys, Millenium's e-sports manager, and Vortix: From Llewellys: I am very pleased that Vortix proposed to me that his team play for Millenium. They look really strong and this gives us the possibility to take a first look at the future Blizzard's hit through some good games. From Vortix: We are proud of our level of play at the moment and HOTS' progress is remarkable for a game that is still at its beginnings. This really motivates us to become stronger and stronger. We have recently won Roccat Versasphere Invitational 2 and we are currently participating in HCL. We have the intention of winning it all and are glad to be able to share this feeling with Millenium! I think that the level of interest from professional e-sports teams is pretty impressive for a game that is officially not even in closed beta yet.

The Illidan change is tiny. 25% to 35% early game is like 5-8 extra damage per auto-attack for 4 seconds, that's incredibly minuscule. The main time it matters is late game, which is what Illidan already shines.

I checked many times before coming here to ask. There was also an update to the battlenet client which you could be downloading. I'm not even sure where the status bar for that one is located, but I'm currently on version 1.2.3.5325 if you want to check if that matches. Have you tried a hard reset of the client? If you've done all that you can try to scan and repair your heroes install. or it might not be fixable currently. Several other people have already tried this.
