Rawr sorry for the delay, i was a drunk BC all yesterday woooo.
Doing up a dinner this week that well, im making tonight and have planned on doing for awhile now. Simple, easy, and one ingredient is kinda pricy.
chicken breast stuffed with garlic, spinich and goat cheese.
ingredients
chicken breast
minced garlic
spinich
goatcheese
mashed potatoes
vegetables of your choosing
procedure
1. cut a small hole in the chicken breasts side, and try to carve out a cavity inside the chicken breast, without opening the hole too wide.
2. In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of mixed garlic, some spinach, and some goat cheese crumbled up together.
3. slowly push the mixture inside the chicken breast, filling till your own personal desired amount
4. put chicken on a pan and into a 350 F oven till done
5. cook veggies and mashed pot have ready for when chicken comes out
6. enjoy meal
