Basically graffiti artists take the slogan of some company, and instead of spraypainting it on a wall, they clean the areas where the letters are. This makes it stand out exremely well on a dirty wall background. They are unable to be fined for this, because, they are just cleaning the wall. He works out the exact measurements for aperture though, he's done a course on photography and knows his stuff (I'm taking it next year sem 1), though I do understand a lot of it.
