No way... you´d get hurt either way, be it while driving (ok, you could get someone to do that for you too, and a few nice cars for that also, but honestly : the money is not worth it if i´m dependant on so many others that i have to pay then just to not get hurt) or doing sports or whatever...
plus : i really dislike getting kicked in the balls, and the money i got makes life nice enough to decline...

no because it would interrupt all my other activities. "gg i just got kicked in the balls" -- or im playing basketball and an invisible person no one can see kicks me in the balls and i collapse. or we're praying at church and then i yelp because of the pain all of a sudden.

this would ruin my life T_T

I would totally agree to the bet, take the money, and hire bodyguards, since one, it's not a direct accessory that guards my balls, secondly, the deal never said I could not get bodyguards.

OR

I would get a random person and paid for surgery to make that person look exactly the same as me, and I'll just travel far abroad and never worry about it again.

No. It happens randomly, so it could happen at any time.
Your balls are never permenantly damaged, so the pain is always fresh.
It would just be eternal suffering. I just couldn't do it.

1 condition not explained though, can you have your testicles removed eventually, if you want to?

If there's no permanent damage, I'd totally accept three shots of pain a day for 500 million dollars. That's not a big deal at all.

However, if you're required to fall over gasping, clutching your crotch every time the kick happens, this would pose a severe safety hazard.

Given that the OP says, 'no permanent damage' it depends how you interpret that...
"No permanent damage" could be interpreted as that the kicker would use some form of discretion in the timings... Kicking you during an interview, or some sort of competition, or while driving would definitely cause repercussions that would turn into lasting damage. Also assuming that the kicks do not give you some kind of kidney infection is a plus for the money...

I voted yes, I'd take the money, but I'd definitely have to have a chat with my invisible sacktap friend beforehand to determine what is and is not an appropriate time for a sack tap... If it were always when I wasn't doing something of relative importance I think I would be A-Okay with it... Hell, my best friend from elementary school always tries to punch me in the dick almost every time I see him- so I think I could get used to this relatively quickly...

what are 3 minutes every day compared to the rest of the day?
I mean I do often things that hurt and sometimes its even funny and I think everyone could get used to the 3 kicks per day.
