This is a variation on the popular drinking game "Kings." I googled the rules once and they were similar and different than the way I learned the game in college. This is the way I learned it. If you wanna play the real way, google is your friend.
What constitutes a "drink" depends on the type of alcohol being consumed. This game is made to be played with beer, but I hate that stuff and usually use mixed drinks instead. Beer shouldn't be sipped, but for safety, don't make people down a whole beer for every "drink". A mouthful, half a mouthful... whatever you can stomach. Mixed drinks (i.e. rum and coke and similar drinks) should be quaffed comfortably, depending on their strength. Use your head. Shots shouldn't be used except in special situations (see the rule for king).
place a card deck scattered and face down on a surface. Take turns drawing cards.
A - Ace is for all. Everyone takes 1 drink. 2 - Two's for you. Dole out two drinks to player(s) of your choice. Either 1 drink for two players or 2 drinks to 1 player. 3 - Threes for me. Player that drew the card must drink 3 times. 4 - Four is for Whores. All women drink. Think of something different if you don't drink in mixed company. 5 - Waterfall. Player that drew the 5 begins drinking and all players must drink along with him-- DO NOT GUZZLE. Take a series of sips, but leave the beverage container touching your lips. Example of how this works: Player1 draws a 5 and begins drinking, Players2, 3, and 4 begin drinking with him. Player1 stops, Player2 now has the option to continue drinking or stop. If Player2 doesn't stop drinking, Players3 and 4 must continue drinking. Once Player2 stops drinking, Player3 must choose whether to keep drinking or stop. The last player may not stop drinking until everyone else has stopped. 6 - Six is for Dicks. All men drink. Think of something different if you don't drink in mixed company. 7 - Everyone must place their hands in the middle of the table as quickly as possible. Owner of the last hand in must drink. 8 - Categories. Player that drew the card invents a category, such as "Broodwar specific units," or "Sims2 expansions" Then he must name something in that category. The next player must name something in the same category and so-on. First player to blank must drink. If the originator of the category cannot think of another unnamed item in the category, he must drink as well. 9 - Nine is rhymes. Person that drew the card says a sentence, then next in line must use a sentence that ends in a word that rhymes with the last word in the previous sentence, and so on. Person that cannot think of a rhyme must drink. Suggested illegal words: Orange and Orangutan. 10 - "I never." Person that drew the card says "I have never __fill-in-the-blank__." Everyone that has done it has to drink. If no one drinks, the player that initiated "I never" must drink twice. This is great for breaking the ice at a party full of people you don't know. J - Jack yourself. Player that drew the card must drink. Q - Make a rule. The rule will remain in effect until the end of the game. The bounds of the rules will depend on the people you're drinking with. They usually have a condition and a punishment in the form of drinking. Such as "Anyone that says the word 'is' must take a drink." If you're friends are the crazy type, you might get away with non-drink related punishments, like "To use the bathroom, you must strip and run naked through the parking lot first." Have fun with this one, but if a rule is completely idiotic, don't expect it to be followed. Sexual favors as punishments are usually out of bounds, for example. Rules made with the Queen cannot be destroyed by another Queen, only the end of the game void them. K - Nothing... sorta. When the 4th King is drawn, the player that drew it must finish what is left of their beer and the game is over. Shuffle and begin again as necessary. If mixed drinks are being used, giving the player a shot is usually preferable to making him finish his mixed drink (unless you like alcohol poisoning). After the 4th king, all Queen's rules become void.

If you ever played the game shoulders, this one is similar except with numbers. The game is called 21.
You need 4 or more people to play this game and your goal is to count up to 21. When you count up to 21, you have the option to either say 1 number, 2 numbers, or 3 numbers. If you say 1 number, then it goes to the next person (usually clockwise) as normal. If you choose to say 2 numbers, then it goes reverse to the next person (this would then be counter-clockwise). If you say 3 numbers, then it skips a person in the direction you were going.
So, for example with a four person scenerio (sitting in the arrangement of Person 1, Person 2, Person 3, Person 4 in a circle):
Person 1: One [goes clockwise to Person 2]
Person 2: Two, Three [goes counter-clockwise back to Person 1]
Person 1: Four, Five, Six [continues counter-clockwise, skips Person 4, and lands on Person 3]
Person 3: Seven [continues counter-clockwise to Person 2]
Person 2: Eight, Nine [reverses back to clockwise, going to Person 3 again]
etc.etc..
Game is really fun and really fast. If you mess up then you take a sip of your cup and the game starts over. If you end up on 21 (meaning you actually say 21), then you have to finish the rest of your cup. It's really fun. If you guys don't get it, reply back!

You sit in a table whatever. The first person goes 1 duck, the second, 2 legs, the third one "BOOM", the forth one water.
The cycle goes on like this
1 duck, 2 legs, boom, water, 2 ducks, 4 legs, boom (one person), boom (another person), Water ( next person), water, (another one), 3 ducks...etc
Once you get a little drunk you wont get over 3 ducks.
So the next one would be 6 legs or 8 legs? is it +2 or x2?

Each duck added, adds 2 legs.

kings is the shit
here's a random one well do somethings: drinking madden (or ncca). This can be played when actually playing either games or watching on tv. there's lots of variations, we just decide when we start.
pick a team to score your points (or if you're brave, do it for both teams)
1st down is a big gulp completion or a run of more than 20 yards is a shot completion or run of 50 or more is two shots touchdown is 2 shots (or beer chug) and is added with the above mentioned shots (ex. if it's a score on a 35 yard run, 2 shots for the td and one for the breaking 20 yards) all turn overs are a shot, including fumbles recovered if some lays a hit that makes anyone go OH SHIT or OHHH or anything similar, it's a shot for everybody tackle for a loss is a big gulp sack is a shot a punt or kick off return of more than 50 yards is a shot and if it is returned for a score, take three shots blocked kicks or punts are a shot three and out is a shot any penalty is a big gulp field goals are big gulps saftey is a two shots
i think that's everything. this = awesome pregame for going out on sat when youre watching college ball

"Sevens"
Youll go through a lot of beer with this card game:
- Take out the 7s, and put them in a column. - Distribute the rest of the cards cards evenly (or as evenly possible) between 4-6 players. Going around taking turns, each player will try to put the next sequential card (+/-) for any suit.
- Since the 7s are down already, people will want to put down 6s or 8s, and want to finish the suit.
- If a player does this without leaving a gap (ex: puts a 9 next to 7 8), then thats 3 cards in a row, and thus THREE shots/gulps he gets to hand out (read: make others drink). all drinks can be directed at one person or more.
- If a player has no other choice but to leave a gap, he must drink the amount between the lowest and highest cards in the suit he just placed (ex: 7 8 9 and he puts down a J, so he must drink FIVE).
- Play until all cards are down.
Last time I played this, we went through 2/3 of a case of beer in just one game with 5 persons.

I don't understand you examples. Doesn't a 9 go next to a 78 ?
OH and I forgot to thank Ryan again for me being brutally hungover all day (havent eaten anything). MY phone is also dead and I didn't go to work or call in and I can't find the damn charger or even some toenail clippers. What is the world coming to.

For some reason i keep reading this topic as "Fuck, I need a drink"

Thats the german translation

I need a drink... god I'm arguing with my girlfriend about gay marriage right now. I personally thinks wrong and should only be between a man and a women...
Anyways, tell your friends to man up Charlie. Just quarter bounce or something. Whoever gets bounces the quarter into a cup, they pick who ever has to take a large chug of their beer. It's fun. (Oh yeah and if you get in the cup, you get to go again until you miss)
