I get temazepam + lorazepam prescribed from the doctor for almost two years now but that's mainly for withdrawals/saving a little extra to get high once a week or so. I wouldn't really call it incredibly dangerous. Well the withdrawals are dangerous. But its not dangerous in the sense of an opiate addiction for example. Speaking of that I've had a friend die of a heroin overdose about two months ago which was quite unexpected and was a pretty sad time. It was one of the main reasons I personally stopped doing opiates (clean for 3 weeks today actually). But yes it is incredibly easy to fall into, one of the main reasons I got addicted and am still addicted to benzos. With heroin at least I knew pretty quickly when I was starting to get addicted. With benzos it dawned on me I was probably dependent on them when I hadn't gone a period long enough without taking them to see if I would withdraw or not. I have unfortunately had to go without them like twice and for not even a week and let me tell you I would rather take the peak of my heroin withdrawals x10 than have to deal with benzo withdrawal. Fuck sometimes I wonder if its the right choice to be addicted to them. On one hand I don't have to live with crippling anxiety, insomnia and I love the benzo high but on the other hand well you know the whole addiction thing. Ah well they don't really effect my life. Sure the withdrawals are worse but like I said I've only gone twice over my year of being addicted without benzos and that was because I was being stupid. At least I'm not selling my bloody electronics/whatever when I had no job to try and score some opiates every other day to last me a day or two. That's enough about that though. Anyways on the topic of weed. I used to be really into smoking weed like damn loved it typical stoner type of deal. Would try and get the best shit even if it costed a bit more but if that wasn't around than well i'd just get mids or something. Than I started to cut back to not even daily smoking which was pretty good because who knows I just didn't have the desire to smoke as much but I would get higher, cost much less and the high was longer which were all pluses.. Around this time I became pretty good friends with my preferred dealer who is known around the town for his always amazing medical quality bud and generally having the best weed in town like always. Pretty much started to grab off him and only him because I became somewhat of a weed snob also he would do pretty amazing deals being friends and all and would spot me whatever, whenever. My weed use started to slow down even more to pretty much buying it once a week sort of deal. My buddy got raided a few months back for bud, ketamine and mdma. They found a half pound of bud, the tiniest amount of k because he stopped selling it and only had personal amount and like 100 mdma pills or some shit. Also a few scales and some mace/knifes as he'd been robbed before and wanted to protect himself. This is like his second charge with possession with the intent to sell too. He was also addicted to heroin (he quit after this incident) and had just under 3.5g. Now this is fucking weird thing, afterwards he went back to his room the drugs were in to see if they got everything. The prescription bottle he keeps the heroin in was opened and moved so a cop obviously went through it BUT the heroin was still there. They took the bud/k/mdma but not the heroin. We think the cop that found it either had pity on him or didn't agree with the drug laws and didn't want yet another charge to be added so when he found it hid it from his cop buddies. Well the point of that mini story was after my buddy got busted I just stopped smoking weed altogether. But it's been like three months and I kinda miss it. Thinking of buying a gram and seeing if this three month break has made it any better. Oh yeah even when I was still smoking weed like once a week I was only doing it with other drugs (mainly heroin or benzos) so its gonna be fucking weird to just be high off bud. The thing is though I just don't know any links. I was going off my buddy for the longest time and now that he's not around well shit who knows. I know I could ask my friends and I've seen the weed they get and its pretty decent and all but it's just not that high high quality I had come to expect. Who knows, who knows. | ||
