LOL. Obviously poking holes is exacly the point of this game. Starcraft doesn't have ambiguity issue. It only has balance issue. This thread's game has ambiguity issue that plays a huge role in the outcome of the game. I don't think this is a horrible game, but if you are tired of defining some of the rules, then probably you should stop.

Or am I nit-picking the rules so much that I'm breaking it? logically, the winner is the last one left alive. So you could interpret this as all 4 others dead simultaneously. so he has to kill them all in the same time loop. which is impossible due to different continents. BEST CASE SCENARIO FOR GHG: Kill omniscient with <x> strategy he spent 1000 times perfecting. minimum 7 hours to fly there. Fly to another continent (Minimum 12 hours, what with transport and all) kill the death note guy. Another 12 hours to travel to the time stopper. who uses his 5 hours to put distance between himself and GHG. another 5+ hours to track him down. 12 hours to get to the teleporter, who conveniently teleports to the other side of the world. another 12 hours to reach him again, when he teleports back to the original location (Guess what, 12 hours) By now the 3 day period of GHG's dominance is over. teleporter has clear advantage and wins I KNEW I COULD SAVE HIM
GHG cant fight freeze guy, because freeze guy wont run away, he will just freeze time and kill GHG in that 5 hours, ending the recent 3 day period.

Without putting to much thought into it and not reading much in the thread, it has to be guy 4 or 5. Groundhog day guy has basically a 100 years to figure out who and where the other 4 guys are and be able to kill them all within 3 days, seems incredible difficult but 100 years is a long time. If he doesnt manage to do it the that time then for sure guy 4 wins.
EDIT: actually if guy 4 is smart enough he could kill them all within the first 3 days anyway, first question is Who are the other 4 guys, second Where are they, third What is their powers. Gets on a plane on the last day to find deathnote guy kills him and writes the other 3 guys names in the book. Case closed.

I actually think this game is far beyond awesome and I can't stop thinking about new tactics!!! This will probably ruin my exam in 2 days but whatever.
I want the movie rights for this, this would be such an awesome movie to make, great potential, sad im not able to make one..
Back to topic:
Don't underestimate the teleport guy. In the description it is mentioned that he has to port back otherwise he "loses his power." If i were him i would teleport to a place that is impossible for another human to reach ( not even with omniscient voice, because you said he will talk about things that aren't even invented yet) and can't been reached with 12000 days of research(assuming guy #5 isn't fucking einstein). Then i would chill there without my power and wait till everyone else killed each other ( which will most likely happen because they want to kill each other to win) and therefore win the game. I think hiding and not getting involved in anything has always been the best tactic if you want to stay alive (Look at switzerland )

I didn't think of it that way, it was more of a joke reference than a serious one. I don't really mind defining rules, it just seems to me, that you guys think i am "Making up" the rules to keep the thread alive, which i guess, I sort of am. If i could do this thread over it would be "Here are 5 super powers, who would win?" And we would idk, have poles when we reached a flaw EG. Omniscient guy is OP, here are 5 solutions, 1st solution to get 10 votes sticks
I am in no way tired of this thread, and wouldn't stop replying if i had any other choice. however, 12 hours from writing this i will be giving a 15 minute speech which i am yet to write. so i should probably get onto that pretty soon >.> (I also "need" to sleep between now and then). Ill probably keep posting for another 20 mins or so

I LOVE YOU However, assuming the last 2 excluding teleport would kill each other off is pretty unreasonable, teleport guy will eventually have to, even without his power, kill the victor of the other 4. not impossible, but not easy. you can have the movie rights so long as I get the book rights. also we may have to watch out, or change some things because "Mirai Nikki" is extremely similar

But unless he gets one shot killed, it's pretty hard to kill him since he would just teleport on any sign of danger.
edit: Also, OP I read your name =D

I think we have a winner here. Because as long as GHG is interacting with society he is reachable by the omniscient guy (plane from europe to australia is ~12h flight which leaves 12h to reach every other point on the planet. which would imply that omniscient guy has a fuckton of money at disposal from his 1 year of messing around. Only counter to this would be if he draw too much attention and deathnote guy somehow guesses his ID). And it doesn't matter if GHG changes his behavior because omniscient's answers change with the behavior of GHG, he could try as often as he wanted, he couldn't crack omniscient guy. Maybe a better question would be though: How do I kill him today without getting killed myself.

1 day to find location (and get there) GHG has minimum 12 hrs to prepare and omniscient used his question for LOCATION he can walk into the room, straight into a man pointing a gun at him ???? GHG gains control over omniscient, forcing him to be his ally. omniscient made it easier for GHG.

Wow i will watch that one tommorow Yeah right thats a bit of a problem, but i would assume that guy #5 is able to kill everyone else in that time and he will lose his superpower after all that time so he will be an easy victim if he hasn't killed himself already.
And we should start a kickstarter project to finance that movie together.

Okay, maybe I'm misinterpreting this, but let's say if #1 kills #3 DURING GHG's 3 day cycle, at the beginning of the next cycle, #3's back up and kicking right? I mean, realistically, GHG should win since during those 3 days, everyone else will keep the same habits, right?
