I was having a perfectly good day but I stumbled across this on 4chan.

Wow just wow. I don't know if they are trolling or not but seriously adults encouraging kids to smoke? And don't forget some of those comments just make me want to vomit. Really most guys think smoking girls are hot even after kissing them? Smoking makes girls "cuter"? And your body needs cigarette without even trying them? And the worst part is this,
Just thought I’d give you all the facts here. A sexy healthy looking girl could easily be smoking 20 a day with zero consequences so you’d never know.
Their is so much scientific evidence that proves this statement wrong. I felt my IQ dropped 25% from just reading this statement alone. But it gets even worst.
The world blames cigarettes for causing lung cancer.
No crap it causes lung cancer. But here is the worst part.
Because of this, parents with daughters who have not taken up the habit by 16, should perhaps intervene and buy their daughter their first pack of smokes. If you prefer not to make this direct, you might want to leave them in her room, along with a note saying “because you should be free”. If your a parent who still smokes, perhaps be smoking when your daughter comes home and offer her one. If she refuses, try to make it seem like it’s something she’d have a lot of fun with. Tell her, too, that it will make her be more popular. She’ll thank you for it.
Look I know a lot of cool people who smoke and they know the consequences of their habit but these people even if they are trolling are damn dangerous. Sorry for the rant this just ruined my day and I needed to write something about it to calm myself down.

People who have to point out how much they don't care about winning a game(pc games specifically, but i guess any) Seriously if you don't even care about winning the game you are playing go fucking watch paint dry or something you piece of shit, it would be much more meaningful to you. They're just doing it to protect their brittle little ego's anyway it's pathetic, if you truly don't care and just want to relax and have fun you don't need to loudly declare it everytime you lose anyway.

People who only think about money. Where at a party the other day. I live in a pretty posh town where everyone have parents who are either millionaires or upper middle class. The people at the party started talking about politics. How much more money they and their families where making now after the recent years of a more republican party then that have been in charge before. They talked about people as resource and seemed to have no insight how the recent changes had effected the not so fortunate souls. They where drinking absurdly expensive champagne and made jokes about immigrants and the low class. I have always been a part of this constellation because this is where i grew up and some of them are my friends. Over the past years i've seen this awful change in them. They think they stand above everyone else, like they are more important then people that dont have as much money on their bank account. The women were "paris hilton" like and wore the latest there is in fashion trends. The more expensive the better. They talked about money and their recent trips to the french riviera. And there i sat. I've been pretty ill for almost 10 years. The politicians have pretty much ruined the health care system for the past 4+ years. I dont have money to go visit a private clinic because me nor my parents cant afford it. Been in cue for almost half a year now for making a simple surgery. The side effect of this have made me worse and i'm laying in my bed to not feel the pain. I dont want to get addicted to opiates wich my doctor have told me to take. I had to drop out of school and my whole life as of now is a struggle. I've had simular problems before. Back then i was sent straight to hospital and was treated right away. I met a lot of sick people who were pretty well feed when it came to money. All they said was that they were so wrong when they thought money was the most important thing in the world. All that matters is love and good health.

Going to the DMV. Even worse... getting my wife a US driver's license. She's 100% Korean so I have to jump through even more flaming hoops.

The fact that Grinding Gear Games has produced a far superior game than Diablo 3 with only 20ish members on their staff, and a laughable budget compared to Blizzard.
Blizzard post Activision grinds my gears.

I hate how people on the internet have been throwing around the term 'autism', especially towards socially awkward folk, bronies, or Ryan Gosling's character in Drive.
No, being socially awkward or introverted doesn't make you autistic, dumbass.

Just in case you see this, I thought I'd mention things. I'm in my first year of college @ TX A&M, with my girlfriend being a senior in high school. We've been going on for about 2 years and she's getting into the college picking phase. The past... 7 months or so (since mid/late may-early june, not sure) have been long distance because she had a summer program, and we've done fine. If y'all are really that into each other, and you want to make it work, I can assure you it will work. We haven't had any serious problems, and any we've had we've talked through pretty quickly. Going into next year, she's looking at my school, because she's into engineering, but she's also smart enough for like Carnegie Mellon/MIT etc.
If she doesn't come here, then we'll see what happens, but right now long distance is working fine for us. It seems like a lot of people hate/despise/disagree with long distance because of the lack of physical intimacy/pick your word, but if the emotional side exists for y'all you'll be fine. Another way to think of it is that if you couldn't get a long distance relationship to work, in a lot (maybe not all?) cases, marriage wouldn't have worked. You (imo, although I'm still young) probably need to be able to work through everything, and if anything it increases emotional/personal ties with the person rather than just physical (although there aren't any issues w/ that).
Also: I hate it when people want to talk/send you fb messages or texts or emails or whatever saying they want to talk, and then absolutely refuse to make any conversation reasonable or possible. I just had this conversation with a friend. I was bored and figured I'd catch up with her and caught her in the middle of a movie.
Me: Hey (blah blah blah how are you?) Her: Good, you? Me: Blah blah blah Her: Cool Me: I seem to always catch you at bad times (I actually do, it's weird) Her: Probably Me: Lol, I should go I think, enjoy your show. Her: Nah I can talk! Me: Ok, how was your break? Her: Went to NY.
So annoying.

if that really bothers you, then it means you are in conflict between your desire to win at a game and having fun playing said game. You are unable to resolve this inner conflict, and when someone who could care less about winning or losing sees it and points it out, you lose your shit. This is actually a real problem, and I know many ppl who actually hate playing a certain game, but are just sucked into it for no reason other than to prove to their ego or someshit, by winning. Get caught in a circle of endless frustration because usually they have an arbitrary goal to be the best or some shit, and will never actually reach it unless they sacrifice EVERYTHING. Then you think to yourself what is worth more -being the best at a game by sacrificing everything? -trying to win while being in mediocrity and just telling yourself its going to get better even though you get no enjoyment out of playing - just stop giving a shit about the end result and just play for the reasons you played video games as a child. (there is no right or wrong here, except the middle one. thats just terrible)
Ofcourse you could be right and that person could just be protecting their ego by making up a random excuse that they weren't trying, but then you wouldn't be rattled unless what that person was even remotely true.

Err...that's the very meaning of the word. Assuming it has a meaning at all.

Autism is a neurological disorder that people are born with. If you were sheltered through your child years and as a result you have trouble interacting with others, does that make you autistic? Fuck no. It just means your social awkwardness was fostered as a result of being sheltered as a child.

People who say God doesn't exist but have not made a thorough search for him while saints of the past like Kabir Sahib, Guru Nanak, Paltu Sahib, Shiv Dayal Singh, Faqir Chand, and many others spend years in meditation in order to find him/it/her.

No, I perfectly understand what "autism" is, and you shoud endeavour to prove their existence before playing with imaginary tools and terms. It was very foolish of me to take the bait, so let's forget about that.

Something doesn't exist by virtue of people spending their life looking for it. Physicists did put a lot of effort in finding aether.

Yes but those particular saints did find him. My point is you can't exactly find something you are not even looking for.

No, but banging your head on walls as a baby, lining things up in neat, color-coded order as a baby, and the inherent lack of social progression in the head.
While I think there's few people who really do claim to be autistic just to cover their own short-comings, a lot more people call other people "autists" and other bullshit.
People who think autism is "imaginary" have sheltered lives.
Also, rape. That shit pisses me off.

"She's so raped right now, lulz!" They'll be getting raped in prison, at least.

People who mistake popularity with quality. And, in the same vibe, thinking that majority is always right and that the truth is democratic.

So it's up to whether those that deny the existence of God believe in a spiritual truth, or not. I think many an atheist is more likely to find God that his religious fellow.

When someone has no idea just how loud they're talking and how capable others are of hearing them. Like you're talking to some guy and he starts talking about some girl across the room. You obviously know that she is capable of hearing him. You quietly say, "stfu man" but the guy goes on even louder "why man, what's wrong?" You just feel embarrassed as fuck and want to leave. I just don't understand how someone can be so clueless as to how quiet you actually have to be for someone across the room to NOT hear you.
