Nope. I haven't looked at it. I was more interested in his GPA/passport. For some reason, people say that they never knew him at Columbia and Occidental, yet they graduated in the same class with the same major.

Because you would have to believe that:
a) The CIA and the IRS conspired with Obama's 2008 campaign to cover up his birthplace. Both organizations would have vetted Obama prior to his candidacy.
b) Hilary Clinton and John McCain campaign failed to find a shred of credible evidence of Obama not being American, or worse, are also conspiring with Obama to install him as president.

I'm not an expert in photoshop or layers or anything but my reasoning is that if he was looking to fool people, a person with his resources could have made it indistinguishable from a real one. If he wanted to forge it, you'd never know.
I don't claim to know whether or not it's been digitally altered, but I doubt they just threw it into the scanner and uploaded it. That doesn't mean it isn't real.
