Looking forward to the next time  I don't get it. On the CNN site it says "Est 7%" for California. Does that mean only 7% of the votes have been counted so far? If so, how can they call it? Just curious as to how this works. 7% counted is like a extremely huge poll wich is extremely accurate. If you then also adjust a bit based on wich votes are in and wich votes still have to come in you can make a prediction with 95% certainty easily with only 7% counted. Thats why some people in this thread called florida for obama like 6 hours ago. | ||
