If so, how can they call it? Just curious as to how this works. 7% counted is like a extremely huge poll wich is extremely accurate. If you then also adjust a bit based on wich votes are in and wich votes still have to come in you can make a prediction with 95% certainty easily with only 7% counted. Thats why some people in this thread called florida for obama like 6 hours ago. Its even better than that when they have it country by country with historical evidence as well as polls lining up to support that historical evidence.

I predicted a large win. I'll own it. I was wrong. The polls weren't biased. The Democrats weren't lying. I would like to blame this on the media, and on the education system, and on all those things which, in my opinion, should prevent what has just occurred. But it is not the fault of the media, nor the system. It is the fault of Republicans and conservatives. Our failures are somewhat out of my reach to understand, though I recognize their existence. Sadly, you will not be getting a picture. Instead, I'll give you an honest appraisal: You've won a great victory for your side. It's a sad day for me, lads, and a happy one for you. Cheers and good fun. I think I'm gonna take a nice, long break and take a nice, long look at who I am and where I am. Until we meet again, keep the faith.
