Confirmed best website for telling you what you anyone can hear if they just listen to the tape. It's a blog. Your proof of what is on the tape is a blog. That's idiotic.

You have a great name for posting in the general section >.< I dont think their job is to convict guilty people as much as it is to prosecute people accused of crimes. But i agree pulling random BS is not in the job description.

I mean, there's no way to convict him unless you lie about what he said...He knows what he's doing. This is the whole point of this argument, to plant things in the jury's head so that they can misremember the evidence.

Couldn't he just say "Zimmerman said he enjoyed killing Trayvon and bathing in his blood. Is that the kind of man you want walking among us?"

Yeah, but his attempt at planting these things, when the jury remembers what was actually said, really really hurts his credibility, and thus the prosecution's case.

That's just about how I interpret this argument by the prosecution.

Should be rules against blatant lies during closing like that.

I can't even believe that the judge initially considered letting them get away with it. Yeah, I thought they might have something with 3rd degree murder, but the felony murder charge is totally bullshit. But then again, when you have a terrible case, its time for terrible ideas and motions.

If it's blatently bogus, as this is, the jury isn't dumb and the point is clear without need to object.
