Odd question I know, but if someone, (for example myself), was to drink ludicrous quantities of apple cider, could that for some reason cause massive diarrhea?

I ask because a friend of mine.... jk, seriously could this be the problem?

It's suppose top reduce the effects of diarrhea, not increase it.

It is the cause. Drinking too much apple juice or cider will give you diarrhea.

Rgr. I just located a nice warning lable in ludicriously small print. "This product has not been pasturized, and may contain harmful bacteria".

I'm suprised it's legal to sell this stuff.

Yes it would. It flushes your colon of junk, and is perfectly healthly. There are many cleanses that involve apple juice. Malik acid in apples helps dissolve and soften gallstones and who knows what else that's stuck inside you.

No? That's how apple juice or apple cider affects some people.

We got it in germany as well, it's just called "Lift" tho and I have no clue what you find so special about it.
It's just apple juice + co2-water + tons of sugar.

Its not cuz its not pasteurized, its jsut cause its from fruit and too much fruit will make most people have diarrhea

Fruit has fiber so more fruit = more green apple splatters. I know juice doesn't have the fiber in it but i'm thinking maybe apple cider does ?

What the hell kind of cider are you drinking? Anyway, its the occasional cool glas of cranberry-grape juice that gives me the wet pants.

Apple juice, etc. is a minor laxative in small amounts.

In large amounts....

Yeah. I strongly suggest to everyone here to never drink apple cider in large ammounts.

This suggestion applies to anything in life.

I've never gotten diahrrea from drinking too much of a certain drink, including apple cider, but I think everyone is different; each person's body can handle a certain amount, but not everyone's certain amount is the same.

PS - mmmMMMMmmmm Apple cider is gooood.
