We are extremely close to shutting down this thread for the same reasons the PUA thread was shut down. While some of the time this thread contains actual discussion with people asking help and people giving nice advice, it often gets derailed by rubbish that should not be here. The moderation team will be trying to steer this thread in a different direction from now on. Posts of the following nature are banned: 1) ANYTHING regarding PUA. If your post contains the words 'alpha' or 'beta' or anything of that sort please don't hit post. 2) Stupid brags. You can tell us about your nice success stories with someone, but posts such as 'lol 50 Tinder matches' are a no-no. 3) Any misogynistic bullshit, including discussion about rape culture. 4) One night stands and random sex. These are basically brags that invariably devolve into gender role discussions and misogynistic comments. Last chance, guys. This thread is for dating advice and sharing dating stories. While gender roles, sociocultural norms, and our biological imperative to reproduce are all tangentially related, these subjects are not the main purpose of the thread. Please AVOID these discussions. If you want to discuss them at length, go to PMs or start a blog. If you disagree with someone's ideologies, state that you disagree with them and why they won't work from a dating standpoint and move on. We will not tolerate any lengthy derailments that aren't directly about dating. | ||

She's gluten intolerant and had never eaten a moelleux au chocolate before. It's my favourite dessert so I thought that was unacceptable. So we made a glutenfree one. Turns out it's really easy to make, and the result was quite good. Date tip for everyone, no need to be a good cook or anything  | ||

Now this third time it was awesome again. We were a bit more comfortable and I went in with an idea of what I wanted to do and it worked. Also she kind of started biting my lips which was cool so I did the same. Nice. Still not sure what to go for, for sure a michelin star restaurant type recipe that takes 2 people to prepare - tips for that? | ||

Some juicy meat with some fancy potatoes (hasselback for example) with red wine sauce is fairly fancy and pretty easy to execute I believe. Other than that I like slow cooking, made a chili stew something like 4 times and it takes like 6-7 hours of cooking. Really yummy, wouldn't say it's super fancy though. | ||

Try a nice risotto, and if she miscooks it you can scream and berate her. Steak, potatoes, and a salad is always a good simple meal with a lot of potential for greatness though. Personally though, if you enjoy spicy foods, theres this slow cooked lamb in chile sauce that I adore if you want the recipe. Takes a while to cook, but its really good. | ||
