If you're like the majority of the teenage population you have or have viewed one of these online blogs/diaries called myspace. I was recently told to get one or else I would become uncool and never get laid, so I ran home to my computer and took a bunch of pictures of myself (with no shirt on) in my bathroom and posted what I ate for lunch that day and such. Yet, to no avail, I infact was NOT cool. I only had 1 friend named tom that I had never seen before. I didn't know what was wrong. I had friends in real life, yet on myspace, I was a pariah. I consulted a cooler member (bootyfull.net) and she told me all I had to do was show people pics of my ass and accept friend invitations from people I didn't know. The more "friends" I had the cooler I would become?
Since you may be wondering what my point is I'll just stop now and say it, WHAT THE FUCK IS THE POINT OF MYSPACE? Like constantly messaging your friends on AIM (whom you saw that day at school) isn't enough, now I am pressured into leaving comments on my friends page such as "HI FRIENDS!!1!" and "OMG I SAW U TODAY <3!".
Personally I think over half of myspace is just internet whores who show their tits and wait for loads of compliments of horny prepubescent boys like "TIG OL BITTIES SO HOT" and it's existence has no meaning other than fueling the circulation of soft/semi-hardcore internet porn (which many may want).
Thoughts?

What's really amusing is the local coffee shop by my college that has open mic nights on Fridays had a dude sing about Myspace. Anyway, this one punkish looking guy goes up there and his song went something like this..."I hate myspace, cuz myspace is fucking gay! Most of the girls are fat annnnyyywayyy. I hate myspace, cuz it's so fucking gay!"
