Whats the reason behind the coloured flag on the TL banner?

LGBT recognition. The banner turned rainbow after the U.S. Supreme Court recognized gay marriage as well, iirc.

Hell this is going to be really silly but here we go. I used to have good ear plugs to sleep at night since things get noisy around here (FML). I had bought like 10 pairs from China and they were good to be used a couple of times but they get dirty so I eventually ran out, went and bought another 20 pairs but these all suck. They're like too squishy and they don't properly fill the ear canal. Both looked identical - cylinders with a rounded tip - but the good ones were like heavier, more dense and they took a longer time to expand after being squished. How can I find the foam plugs that I like? ;(

Nasal passages are clogged from mucus, primarily from the lungs. The clog is moving through the cavities into the ear canal, causing the numbness and the mucus from the lungs to the nasal cavities will cause the cough, either from mucus build up in nose dripping to lungs or from inflammation in lungs causing you to cough up phlegm to your cavities.

Yeah it definitely looks like the kind of thing you'd need to try firsthand. Happy shopping!

If someone has a stoma in their neck to breath, how do they go scuba diving? Do they make diving masks designed for people with airholes in their neck? Or do they just stick an L-pipe in there and try and make sure it stays above the water? What happens in they're on an airplane and the breathing masks fall down. Do they stick it over their neck? Will turtlenecks suffocate them? What if they have their mouth full of food but want to continue telling their story, can they just talk to me through the hole? Or what about if they're very hungry but they can't shovel food down fast enough? Can they just take a bite of their burger with their neck for maximum eating efficiency?

They can barely take a shower, do you really think they could go scuba diving?

I nicked quite a few for home use as well (for sleeping) and I never had any cause to complain. You can reuse them for maybe a week or longer if you wash them. But 200 pairs in a box!
I regret not stealing a whole box before I left that job. And I usually frown on that sort of thing.
Pro tip: To best install them, reach over the top of your head with your opposite hand and lift up the top flap of your ear. Insert the bud with your other hand (on the same side). It will go in super easy that way.
