Well it's mousepads maphack for D2 it doesnt do anything for cheating tho, cause it only marks harder mobs and shrines on a map. As far as I know it's been allowed even in the official servers cause it causes no harm  btw, everyone uses that as I've seen.

Right now I have about 30-40 alternating pics(a lot from previous months and DeviantArt) But this one for some reason is my Fav. I have rainmeter but the only thing I can understand is the color schemes I don't know much else...
Soooo....If someone would like to help me set up a skin to look bad ass with this, would be awesome

Right now, I'm really only using the protoss and zerg emblems for my dual monitor setup, but I included the terran one here too because I like it just as much as the others. I downloaded the highest resolution version of each of these pictures from deviantart (keyan3d) and then just cropped them to my heart's content, which is why the screenshot (it is a screenshot; I'm anti-icon) doesn't exactly match the originals posted below.

No sorry, I have absolutely no idea. I tried to google it and some people said it's Banksy, but I found a photo on flickr that says this is in Mobile, Alabama so I doubt it as well
