I wasn't going to blog today, but this media fail seems to call for one...
Must admit I was quite disgusted when I read about what happened in the US. I find it retarded the NZ tv had news about this shit going down before the US, but still not before TL a starcraft fan site ....

We've been watching MBC as well, so it should have shown up.

Tons of NBA players with Chinese tattooed all over themselves too. Somehow I don't see these facts as major deterrents to the USA attacking China. In a simplistic nutshell, the economic relationship is that China produces and the US consumes. Without one, the other is kinda fucked due to the sheer quantity of product involved.
Granted, having a country that does nothing but consume can lead to other problems, but that's a fun topic for a different thread.
Hopefully the issue doesn't escalate further as casualties are never a good thing. I wonder how North Koreans feel about kpop. Maybe try that for psychological warfare?

If North Korea is preparing to go all-out, then this is starting to get really confusing for me. They should know as well as anyone else that they have no chance in a full-scale war against SK, which is why they'd stick to doing shit like sinking the ship earlier this year. It's a self-destructive action and it seems that the NK leadership must be either in chaos right now, or extremely desperate.

I really hope this continuing mobilization is simply just a further flex of muscles rather than all out provocation/military action.

Yea can we please confirm this twitter is valid?

North Koreans soldiers are BRAINWASHED. They are just following orders from their superior. If an attack on South Korean occurs it's because of some NK leader did it.
I totally agree, brainwashed soldiers suck ass. When you are given an order you better go check internet for public opinions. You wouldnt want to do something that someone might consider unpolite.

BTW not sure if it's been mentioned about desire for war, NK does desire war, they have for years they have this sick sense of entitlement that makes it so that they deem anything they want is theirs. South Korea however DOES NOT WANT THIS WAR, they know they'll win because China will not back NK and they have US support because USA needs that buffer state to keep the commies away. However if they do win, THOUSANDS if not 100s of thousands of refugees will come pouring into SK and its already overpopulated state. They are unable to handle this atm. North Korea does not have nuclear missiles as far as anyone is concerned. It's all theory crafting about shit but they do not have detonators nor the reliable missiles to fire it. North Korea can wipe out Seoul with their artillery in like 3 minutes from their own side of the border. That's how close they are to North Korea. The biggest worry about NK is not their ability to hurt the US but their ability to hurt SK which they can do easily. Tanks and artillery are the main worries, their air is laughable. But we have bases there and it should be fine, though of course many will die and Seoul may get wiped out in that eventuality.

Umm, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Axe_murder_incident They initiate shit all the time in hopes of some public glory. In the hopes they can rise out of the little hovel they're given and move to pyongyang the only bastion of civility in that god-forsaken hole.
Obviously you can fight me for my sources but I went through military training as a korean linguist to prepare for these guys, and all this shit is unclassified and can be found anywhere. Just don't feel like finding it for you.

MBC has a pretty good news source. all the AP got there info from MBC/KBS or SBS korea's biggest broadcaster IE kind of like ABC NBC etc.
