I think North Korea has a trend of not thinking...
Even something small like this reminds me of the huge tension between the Koreas, and how f'd up things can get instantly. I hope nothing more goes down

are you sure they're casualties? from what i'm reading it's 4 korean soldiers injured/6 people injured (not sure if the latter is total or just civilians)

If they're incapacitated/unable to fight, they're casualties. They don't have to be dead.

Casualty can just mean injury. It doesn't necessarily mean death but it can also include death.
