Rainmeter doesn't dissapear like this, I was wondering if it was possible to integrate rocketdock into the desktop like how Rainmeter is anyone? That happens to me as well, and Rainmeter unless I tell each skin to stay as far back as possible on the desktop (the opposite to "always on top", same level as icons).
There's no real solution in the settings for it, I'm afraid. Just minimize windows instead of tabbing to the desktop, I guess Quick googling didn't work either.

It's badass and now my new desktop. It's from the movie Sanjuro, which I highly recommend! Seconded. And also Yojimbo. EDIT: Actually I think that shot might be from Yojimbo. I don't remember there being any rural areas in Sanjuro at all. EDIT2: Liked it so much thats my desktop this month. ![[image loading]](http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n99/chuiu/desktop_8_10.jpg) That image is from Kihachi Okamoto's Sword of Doom. Double++ thanks. Though I'm sure a lot of old samurai movies hold many similarities between them. Going to watch this one asap, heh.

I don't quite understand what you guys are talking about here. Care to elaborate? Also, my settings are "Always on Bottom" and i've never had any sort of problem with stuff not showing up.

If you're not using Windows 7, it might be a unique problem. Anyway, Rocketdock isn't treated the same as Rainmeter. Imagine it being just an open window. If you tab to the desktop, the window (Rocketdock) will obviously disappear. However the shortcuts, files and folders (Rainmeter) will still be visible.
You can try it with Rainmeter too. Let one of your skins have its position on 'normal' rather than 'on desktop', then alt+tab to the desktop and the skin will disappear until you click on the desktop.
That's his problem with Rocketdock right now, and it doesn't seem to be any settings to fix it.

I can work around it but I'm so used to alt tabbing
