That happens to me as well, and Rainmeter unless I tell each skin to stay as far back as possible on the desktop (the opposite to "always on top", same level as icons). There's no real solution in the settings for it, I'm afraid. Just minimize windows instead of tabbing to the desktop, I guess  Quick googling didn't work either. | ||

Also, my settings are "Always on Bottom" and i've never had any sort of problem with stuff not showing up. | ||

Anyway, Rocketdock isn't treated the same as Rainmeter. Imagine it being just an open window. If you tab to the desktop, the window (Rocketdock) will obviously disappear. However the shortcuts, files and folders (Rainmeter) will still be visible. You can try it with Rainmeter too. Let one of your skins have its position on 'normal' rather than 'on desktop', then alt+tab to the desktop and the skin will disappear until you click on the desktop. That's his problem with Rocketdock right now, and it doesn't seem to be any settings to fix it. | ||
