Woah, that's a lot of jackets. People are spending their cash!
I work in international shipping area for several years now, and maybe I can give you few hints how to send the goods cheaper, if not now, but for future orders.
- If there are several shipments going to one country, for instance Germany, it will be much more cheaper if you put all the jackets going to Germany and shirts in one box and send them to one of the receivers. After that he can send them by local mail or couriers to the other guys in Germany. This is, because usually 1 shipment - 10kgs, costs much less than 20 shipments - 0.5kgs each. After that, the charges for transport within the country are very small.
- If you want to avoid paying customs duties and taxes, every country have a limit of value, above which you have to pay taxes. For instance in Bulgaria if you receive shipment with value over 150 EUR you have to pay, but if the customs invoice is for less than that you just go and take your shipment. The limit for every country is different as far as I know. I think if the sender declares the goods for value of about 10-15 USD and as "Christmas/ New Year Presents" there will be no problems at the customs.
- Using international mail is the cheapest, but not very secure way to ship goods. Maybe if lilsusie contacts one of the big companies (DHL, UPS, FeDex, TNT) and tell them that she`ll send a lot of shipments at once they can make a discount. In this time of economic crisys companies are able to make discounts up to 50%, which will make the charges almost the same as these of the mail. Also there are a lot of indipendent courier companies on the market, that are not very popular, but have very good rates and also a very good service.

1) The reason I cannot to this is because I don't know how much shipping to charge everyone then. I don't know beforehand how many will be going to Germany, thus I cannot assume the prices.
2) I almost ALWAYS write that it is just a present, about 15 or 20 dollars worth.
3) Those companies are still way more expensive than what I pay at the local post office, unfortunately. I work at a company that works with FeDex and DHL also, and I've asked them - it's much cheaper to go thru Korean post. You are correct, however, that it's not very secure but up until now, I haven't had TOO many problems.
Thanks for your input though, I just hope that the next sale.. if I do it again, will be even easier.
I'm 6 foot, 165 lbs and I really want to order a jacket! But i dont know wether to order a 100 or 105! I plan to be wearing it everywhere so I really want it to fit! I did look at the conversion link, but medium and large has always been a weird thing for me in terms of wether it fits or not. I'm hoping you guys will have more experience with Korean sizes

S - 95 M - 100 L - 105 XL - 110
If you like your clothes loose, add 5. I am 6'0 175lbs athletic build and i have a 15 1/2 collar, 16 inch if I want to be comfortable, wear Gap XL Thermals, Hanes XL white t-shirts, Large rain-coats, extra large hoodies, and extra large polos. I just ordered a 115 long sleeve shirt.
I hope this gives people an idea of what size to get.
Just ordered a size 100 shirt, couldn't get the jacket because I'm too poor atm. I hope it fits. Just wanted to say thank you to Susie for organising this. WIthout you this wouldn't be possible at all and none of us would have progaming swag haha.
The images in the OP aren't loading for me. Are they still working for anyone else? Can someone who can see them upload them to tinypic and relink them?
Why the uniforms?? This reminds me of the #1 question asked on Nevake's channel ("what's the name of the opening song"). Call me a wet blanket but, having the same music or uniform as the pro's, does not make you a pro. Any more than dressing up in a bunny costume makes you a bunny...
Moreover, they're red. The new Oz uniforms are blue.

They made two new uniforms with (I think) identical design. The difference is that the red one is the KSWISS version while the blue is the Lecaf version (it says "KSWISS" on the right arm of the red one, and Lecaf on the blue). Not sure when they use the different uniforms, but I've only seen them wear the blue ones once or twice, whereas they've used the red uniforms for the rest of the events. I think they use one for OGN and the other for MBC.
