Im 6"7 240-245 pounds (havent weighed in a couple of weeks) and i can bench 3 1/2 to 4 plates on a flat bench press (365-405 pounds) with 4 being my max(1 rep) and bicep curl 80-90 pounds on each arm with 90 my max (2 reps) oh and i cant run fast but i can do a mile in under 9 mins so yay
I haven't been training lately but my best bench is 600 lbs. I preacher curl 85lbs 3 sets of 6. Those are pretty much my most impressive lifts. I have a leg injury so I didn't even really begin training squat/deadlift.

Not true. Many pro athletes do not lift weights. Actually tons of them dont lift weights because it doesnt benefit them in the sport that they do. Many boxers dont lift weights, swimmers, basketball players etc etc.
When Kevin Durant came into the NBA he was 6'9 220 lbs. During training camp he was asked to bench press with the team. He could NOT bench press 180 lbs ONE TIME. Who cares? hes still good at basketball....

He was asked to bench press with the team because the whole team lifts weights.

I believe it was the combine and I believe it was 185, would be odd to add 2.5s. The problem is it's harder to bench with longer arms. Although some athletes may eschew weight training, it has become a widely accepted in training programs for basketball, football, and sprinters (can't vouch for other sports).
If you ever watch an nba ring ceremony, they call out the strength and conditioning coach.

Lol what!?!?
I know Division 1, 2 and 3 Cross-Country runners (arguably the last sport you will ever need to do weight training for) who all do regular lifting programs for not only legs but upper body. Fuck, before I quit, I was doing a lifting program.
I want citations for this epic quote.

I think to really get an answer we need a better definition of "athletic". For the record, I would say Inc is pretty damn athletic, you don't get that strong from sitting on your ass. Also, any claims to athleticity should be backed up with pics.
Damn Ha.cK is ripped

and just because a guy is ripped doesn't necessarily mean he's athletic. i knew this guy who was absolutely shredded but wasn't very athletic as far as 'basketball athleticism' (couldn't run very fast nor jump high) was concerned.

Umm many athletes do not lift weights. Im not gona waist my time finding the quote for Kevin Durant...i saw it live on espn when he was drafted....ppl made fun of him for it. Also clearly none you u follow boxingg. Many boxers especially at the lower weight divisions do not lift weights. Yes of course they exercise duh...but many do not have a dedicated weight training program becuase it it can mess up their punching ability adding too much muscle. Also they cant afford to put on too much muscle when they are try to cut weight and make weight for a tiny division. Ive been following boxing since i was like 10...and seen/been to many local training camps as well. Anyone that watched the draft or followed Kevin Durant prolly knows the not being able to bench press 180 lbs thing...find the quote urself lol.
edit: and yes im serious...and yes thats true about kevin durant.
