Really depends on what the OP is looking for. Are we really going to say running is better than swimming or basketball prowess is better than track and field? Lifting weights vs running? Shrug. BTW, since you guys are mentioned filty 50... any of you actually go to CF affiliates? If so, which ones? | ||

So i was at the gym today (right after my lecture class) finishing the filthy fifty workout. I was making good time (only 10 wall ball, 50 burbees and 50 double unders left to go) with only 18 min on the clock. But then- i needed to go to the bathroom, and baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. I end up puking my guts out. Everything came back up, and damn it burns. So i decided to call it a night lol. Guess i will finish the burpees and wall ball shots in the morning lol | ||

![]() *provo* weightlifting is for guys who dont have play-eye for teamsports*provo* Also best athletics around here r from football(soccer). Cause lot more money involved then other sports, better coaches in junior level etc. | ||

Im 6"7 240-245 pounds (havent weighed in a couple of weeks) and i can bench 3 1/2 to 4 plates on a flat bench press (365-405 pounds) with 4 being my max(1 rep) and bicep curl 80-90 pounds on each arm with 90 my max (2 reps) oh and i cant run fast but i can do a mile in under 9 mins so yay ![]() | ||
