If you took a look at the most athletic guy I know you would have no idea how insanely fit he is. But then I go to a workout with him and do courtrunning/footwork drills and after we finish he does 1600 double unders in a row. How fucking insane is that.

Weo do them in sets of 100 with 30 seconds break inbetween, shoot for 100 in a minute. I can actually do the skipping just fine now, but still right around when I hit 50-60 I just get dead tired. Although I have a really shitty rope and need to get a new one, but still.

Lower than you'd think.. but clearly all my size does not come from muscle. But just examining your logic we can see fault: You weigh athleticism on BMI? How illogical is that? Fedor is one of the uglier men naked in all of MMA.. yet he is probably THE most premium fighter.. THAT is incredibly athletic. GSP who is lean as fuck and ripped would get TROUNCED by him (dif weight class etc. yeah yeah).. just as an example of how disconnected your logic is. I don't know if I am the most athletic person here. But evaluating what you presume to know about me because of a perceived BMI you want to conduct through a few pictures is bad. I played highschool football, baseball, track and intramural basketball. In college I played a year of football and competed in Weightlifting for a year. I also played select soccer (football) as a kid until I was 14 which helped give me leg speed.. I ran a 4.6 second 40 yard (means more to americans) while weighing around 275 (I'm lighter now). I was/am certainly athletic. The guys on the show made the same mistake when they presumed I couldn't do the martial arts course... they were wrong and so are you. Yeah did anyone see "The Ultimate Gamer" where they had to sprint around jumping and breaking things. iNc rocked it, seriously I think he made it the furthest, and there were some really slim lookin people who just couldn't keep up. He may be built like a tank but if you watched the show you'd know he doesn't move like one.

PS: Ignore meatpost.. the guy flames me/half of america any chance he gets. InC, you aren't the only one - I was training for Football last summer with a guy in a division 1 school for Basketball. I was out sprinting him (up to the 110 yard sprints and above), and I weighed 255 at the time. A good 60 lbs heavier than he did. Granted, I didn't have a 4.6 in the 40, but I did get under 4.8 consistently for a while. A 4.6 is very impressive. IMO, it's better to be able to play multiple sports than limiting yourself. It is better to be diverse, than it is to, for example, simply be able to run a marathon..... Sure, running is nice and all, but, honestly, if you spend all your time running, are you going to be able to swing a baseball bat with a lot of force? Are you going to have the arm strength to block someone in Football? Are you going to have the balance required for skiing? There is a lot you miss out on by limiting yourself. That's why I think the best athletes are the ones who can play many different sports well. They may not be the best at their sport, but they can do so much more overall. Plus, being bigger has it's benefits. If a friend is moving, you're the first they're gonna call to help - and they always provide food and booze as compensation. Definitely a worthwhile trade off for me ![]() Lawnmower breaks down -> lift it into the back of your truck to take it somewhere to get fixed. Something is stuck behind the refrigerator -> move it yourself with ease. I could go on..... And the ladies like it ![]()

And my post wasn't a personal assault towards you as you propably thought. Congratulations on your accomplishments. Tho none of them really required that much durability/stamina/endurance. We clearly have different opinions on what it requires to be called an athletic person. For me the word "athletic" means that you must have more agility, strength and durability than average people. If you actually fill all these requirements then I apologize. But then again I don't know what is an "average" person for you.

To walk, that guy has to have stronger legs than you do. To shove around guys his size, he has to have an upper body that is stronger than yours. Not to mention the balance required to keep that much weight standing..... And, go watch a match sometime - they aren't that slow.....
