By the way:
2 definitions for what an athlete is. Basically we have a difference between the US and the British definition in the english language which of course renders the discussion of what an athlete is, obsolete.
1. (US) A person who actively participates in physical sports, possibly highly skilled in sports. (Known in British English as a "sportsperson".)
2. (British) A participant in track and field sports.

Well I think TL is overwhelmingly American rather than British (Sorry KwarK and Midian... can't think of anyone else.)
I'm somewhat athletic but not compared to some people on here. Let's see some basic stats are... I'm 6'0 160 (trying to gain some muscle weight, pretty damn skinny right now) and I can run a 52 second 400m and bench 180. My mile time is around 5:10ish but I haven't run one in a while, probably a bit slower now.

I played highschool football, baseball, track and intramural basketball. In college I played a year of football and competed in Weightlifting for a year. I also played select soccer (football) as a kid until I was 14 which helped give me leg speed.. I ran a 4.6 second 40 yard (means more to americans) while weighing around 275 (I'm lighter now). I was/am certainly athletic. The guys on the show made the same mistake when they presumed I couldn't do the martial arts course... they were wrong and so are you. PS: Ignore meatpost.. the guy flames me/half of america any chance he gets. Yeah did anyone see "The Ultimate Gamer" where they had to sprint around jumping and breaking things. iNc rocked it, seriously I think he made it the furthest, and there were some really slim lookin people who just couldn't keep up. He may be built like a tank but if you watched the show you'd know he doesn't move like one. ^ this x1000

edit: also, how many debates have been proposed and resolved on here about whether or not iNc is "fat?" Get over it. I would bet his BMI is above average. He's just built like a gladiator.

It makes sense to put more "athletic weight" into something that a lot more people participate in (e.g. sprinting - who DOESN'T run?) than something a tiny percentage of the world does (e.g. x-c skiing - not everyone has access to snow).
Once the popularity of the sport is taken into consideration, its weight in measuring athleticism can be gauged. This sport can then used as a marker for human physical feats: strength, explosiveness, endurance even mental acuity and toughness are fair game for athletic measurements (all while keeping in mind the level of competition and popularity).
Based on this I'd have to say Inc. would roll a LOT of you guys up (piste lol). Handegg, weightlifting, and sprinting (4.6 40yd) - all popular activities and on top of that hes pretty damn good at it.
Trident, mOnion and Nony too (1:59, 1:53, 1:53 800m times respectively, also translating to sick sprint times) - we all run, and these guys just do it better than the vast majority of posters here.
