in other news, this happened a couple of days ago:

The victims, Mordus Angels, were not happy about it. The TL campaign on their killboard has been renamed to:
Hatchery TL Spies & Grid Tofus Faggies "Spies & Neutrals & Grid Tofus - Cheat Cheat Cheat and only Cheat"
I don't even know what the fuck a grid tofu is. Perhaps a bastardization of the term grid-fu? Perhaps a grid where people go to welp tengus and huginns (though it makes no sense in this context)?
Inexplicably, Gunpoint Diplomacy is listed in the campaign, presumably either as a TL spycorp, or grid tofu faggies. I'm not sure they are either, though if forced to choose, I would guess the latter.

I don't think I've been involved in a fight against them since joining Gunpoint so it does confuse me a little. Funnily enough the one kill they have against Gunpoint is on Vanderie in Muttokon back in October...
They must trawl through our KB's quite a bit if they already know I'm flying with you guys.

I hereby nominate you for the "Uberlisk Award for non consensual PvP".
Could you extract any delicious tears from local? Would be great if you could post them.

If you ever decide to skill up a semi decent suicide tornado then we can gank mission fit tengus together. It can be rather profitable and always fun. Just remember that every time you kill a tengu, not only do they lose a ship, but they will also lose skillpoints.
Don't think he qualifies for an "Ueberlisk Award" as that would involve probing down and killing all the lowsec missioners. Could probably get him a Gunpoint Exumer Extinction Medal though if he keeps it up.

I am considering training up for blasters solely for this.

you considered a whole 5 day long train solely for this? Damn, aeth can learn from you.

MY GANK FIT
Simple: Highs: 8x Light Ion Blaster II (Void S) **NEED T2 FOR SOLO WORK** Med: 1x Warp Scram (cheapest) Low: 3x Mag Stab (cheapest) Rigs: 2x Of Small Hybrid Burst/Collision, these are optional but allow you to target those with small tanks. And they are cheap so why not. They add around 50dps with my skills
The STRAT: I've been doing this on two (well, three) characters, one a completely untrained alt in a mining frigate, and my main with good blaster skills.
Alt is set up with a Passive Targetter and a Ship scanner to identify easy prey. Simply go into a belt, mine away with 1x mining laser while passively scanning all other targets.
When you identify your mark, position your alt so that you can get a warp to zero on your mark with your character in the catalyst. Warp in catalyst, heat guns, blow up mark, wait for CONCORDDEN.
Warp pod back to station a victor while collecting spoils with your mining frigate alt.
BONUS POINTS: Train mining frigate alt to salvage all those T2 Wrecks you are creating.
THINGS TO NOTE: If you are deciding between two marks with similar shitfits, kill the ones with combat drones out. The combat drones will attack you and you will NOT take a sec penalty for the Ship Kill (the bigger of the concord hits), only for aggression (the smaller).
Pulling concord away before you strike is ESSENTIAL. Do this after each strike by undocking in a newbie ship. Or you die and miners lol at you. Duh.
I think that's all. If anyone wants to donate to my exhumer campaign, which I am dubbing "Making Miner's Lives Better One Harsh Lesson At a Time," I will name the gankship after you and yell out your name in local as I warp in my gank ship.

Oh, it's been a busy day at work so I only have 2 mails from three attempts.
I got a little greedy early this morning hoping to grab a kill before work and I did not ship scan beforehand. The mark had a 20k+ ehp buffer tank and I lost my ship.
Other two I had time to troll local and orbit the pod before Concord even landed in the belt.

Im not usually into split guns but for this purpose you can do 5x neutron 3x Ion for even moar dps.

Turpin that's a 25DPS increase I would not have thought of! Thank you

DefMatrix Ultra, the DefMatrix Ultra sponsored, supported, and beloved Catalyst died today.
He died a noble battle on the fields of Mitsolen against the tyranny of Exhumers. Little arkonor rocks wept as the remains of the once strong destroyer were vaporized, as was his wish.
He is survived by two Light Ion Blasters, who swear they will always remember the day...the day they stood as CHAMPIONS.
A Memorial to A Great Hero

http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-033 + Show Spoiler + SCP-033 was discovered by alert SCP field staff on a discarded, irregularly-torn napkin in the ████████'s ████ pub in the university town of ██████ on November ██, 19██. SCP-033 appears as a field of complex mathematical symbols ranging from simple layman-identifiable representations to those only interpretable by highly-trained mathematicians. The "sum" of the symbols is equal to a previously unknown integer (designated Theta Prime by Prof. █████████) of intermediate value between █ and █.
As all modern mathematical calculations are performed lacking the knowledge or use of SCP-033, its introduction into any system organized without it begins eroding the numerical and eventually structural integrity of said system. This effect extends to SCP-033's transfer to any paper-like (defined as paper, vellum, papyrus, canvas) surface not possessing 033-Safe dimensions or any computing or recording device it is input into. If inscribed on any other material, SCP-033 fades into unintelligibility in precisely 2560 seconds. In addition, SCP-033 has shown an ability to "leap" from an 033-Safe material to a manufactured or electronic material which it can destabilize in at least one (1) instance (Incident report 033-D), requiring the institution of a 30 meter safe distance for electronic devices and paper-like products without the 033-Safe dimensions.
There is currently no 033-Safe specification for electronic storage. █ of the ██ operational research projects involving SCP-033 are dedicated to finding such a method for electronic storage. ██ operational research projects are dedicated to the application of SCP-033 as a neutralizing factor for potentially hostile, machine logic-based SCP objects. Clarifying commentary from Prof. █████████ follows for non-specialist staff in document 033-A. Effects may be reviewed in document 033-Q. Document 033-A: Debriefing of Prof. █████████ after first observation.
[DATA EXPUNGED]
Prof. █████████ : Every school child knows that 2 plus 2 is 4. The solid mathematical certainty of numerical order and value is the basis for all logic-based systems. We know that after 2 comes 3 and after 3 comes 4. What this formula proves is that we missed a number somewhere. Imagine if all our technology was based on the belief that after 4 came 6. We simply didn't know or conceive of 5. That is in essence what this formula proves. We missed a number.

Firebolt what do you make of this!?

http://community.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&nbid=9130 change ALL the module names. Summary:
All meta module names will be unified. Meta Level 1: Upgraded Meta Level 2: Limited Meta Level 3: Experimental Meta Level 4: Prototype
Implants get renamed to reflect what skill they boost, which slot they go in and what % they boost.
All armor hardeners are getting renamed to reflect which damage type they protect against.
|
All hardeners are getting that change. And missile launchers are changing as well.
