I do this triboxing in windowed mode on an ATI HD4670 Pro. Which is a 2,5 years old medium range gfx card. Performance optimized settings though. With a modern highend gfx card you can run 3 CQs on high settings on 3 24" monitors silky smooth. No problem.

Abom....how do you remember what the hell I have....

Did they optimise it since launch? I'll give it a shot. I'm wondering if it could be because I run it at 1900x1020 resolution.
edit: yeah fuck that 2 clients open 20 fps.

You hand't posted so I stole your interwebs and posted. I was just trying to back your claims with the fact that I could do it on less than stellar specs.

Well I did post it at one point

Oh, you're running similar specs to me?

Well, I have the Phenom Black 3.4ghz processor, but pretty much the same stuff yeah

When I hear a lot of complaints about performance on running eve clients I can't quite decide if maybe I'm just in a lucky sweet spot as far as individual hardware performance with how eve is coded, or if the majority of eve players are just running pron soaked, malware infested cardboard boxes from walmart they bought on black friday 8 years ago.

Yeah I only have a 2.4 Ghz processor. I am not using one of those pron soaked malware infested cardboard boxes from walmart.

Conditionally being that I'm already proficient with them?

By covops do you mean actual covops? If so, yes we use them but we generally have people piloting them on their alts rather than their main so they can actually partake in fights. As for ewar, yes we could use any of all of them but we'd only allow pilots to fly them in fleets if we are confident in the skills of the pilot.

Yeah, actual cov ops.
I'd need to PvP for about 3 solid months to get a grip on things, but that's where I'm planning my characters right now. Missions are kinda boring. :\
Also, bank Oxygen isotopes. :O

TBH we don't really have much use for people that can ONLY fly covops and not much else. We'd happily take you in a rifter for 3 months or so while you train to another ship.

people just coming in typically have this idea that cov-ops/SB/black-ops are some kind of james bond/ elite ninja shit. they really aren't. and black-ops inexplicably suck balls.

I did it for exploration since it was a second account Industrial when it started. It did help a ton for scouting when I was in 0.0 though.

I am the super lurker! What am I supposed to put in an introduction, or are you just looking for my eve name (Lynn Stalker).
I actually didn't even realize TL had an eve corp until I saw the hatchery guys running through our space. It only took me another two months to realize ya'll had to have a thread about it somewhere since I almost never leave the sc2 boards.

I was sure you were gonna get away when we called off the camp. self destruct gives no km... at least i didnt have a lossmail, so cant post it. and hyena didnt catched me, i tried to get it and died (well not died but with nothing to do, so self destruct) tbh, i didnt self destruct for the lossmail thing, it was cause of the sabre, so i figured i could self destruct then get the pod out before i got bubled
I'm going to be all bad form and multi-post since ya'll managed to get 3 pages before I woke up.
That makes more sense. Jas'min was just really annoyed about the lost killmail since he was only holding you there waiting for someone else to come kill you since he didn't realize you had burned out your mwd and his guns couldn't track you w/o turning off his (or getting closer, I can't remember which).
I got yelled at for letting my inner jew get ahead of my and trying to get the saber pilot to eject and steal the daredevil instead of just unloading on it as soon as i loaded grid.
@ kwark: I'm sad FA felt the need to smack talk you. I like to think we are classier than that despite getting proven wrong at pretty much every turn. Why were you running 10/10s in fade though?

Because he gets chased out and his site stolen based on the post.
