I'm not sure what you're talking about. Who is this Valenius Dato? Sounds kind of familiar.

(http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_related&kll_id=10126554) so I was like hmmm.... I'll go for it. I CTAed Lee who for once pulled through with a falcon plus links and got up a small bc fleet. I then brought back the thanatos to keep them interested and started warping between safes. Unfortunately the mission was one of my bookmarks and like a boss I accidentally warped back there. Point went on, cyno went up, game was on. Through the cyno came a nid, a chimera, 2 thanatos and an archon. It was too much for my poor mission fit thanatos which I just self destructed (like a boss?). By this point our noble bc fleet had points on and the game was started.
We were in a tough spot with about 6 bc against 5 carrier and an astarte (300m + 120m falcon vs 6000m ish). However I called for simply keeping our cool, relying on linked longpoints to keep out of neut range and simply warping out when fighter dps got too much. Our primary was their fighters and we were good. We ensured every carrier was pointed and got on the batphone. Our cap capable contacts failed us but MH pirates were able to bring some shit in quickly. There was an issue with comms for ages because I couldn't seem to get on and for that time there was no FC which led to issues. Someone was suggesting we tried to bump the carriers out of rep range of each other but we only had one scimmy who was repeatedly forced off the field. The fact was that if we got into neut range then we could be neuted out, longpointed and gunned down.
Eventually I was able to get onto the comms for the OP and reassert control. Was my bad to let that happen (we lost a pest and a drake) but getting 30 guys from everywhere on the same comms is a bitch. Lee lost his falcon to the alpha off sentry drones which sucked and somehow an artypest got killed by fighters too. However our numbers were steadily increasing, serg hooked me up with some random Amarr factional warfare corp who by the end of the fight had 8 bombers there and Karah cynoed in some archon.
The caps got pretty spread out which made it difficult to point each of them while staying outside neuts of all the others (24k range) and the result was a fair sized bubble which you'd have to go around to point a carrier on the other side of the field. A lot of people pointing things wouldn't be able to attack the primary and the result was that they didn't point things because they're sure someone else will or because it's too far. Hatchery guys know my feelings on that mentality and did a great job of calling out their points when I demanded a point spread(and because they're familiar with my SOPs) but others were not so good. The result was that a thanatos warped out. As FC it's on me to make sure everything is pointed but I was attempting to ensure every carrier was pointed, 30 is by far the largest fleet I've ever FCed and most of us were strangers.
However we were slowly getting our shit set up. Lee was doing a fantastic job keeping the fleet functional as new squad commanders were required, dozens of people needed invites, leadership and bonuses needed passing down and all of it happened flawlessly. We had ewar on the field keeping one thanatos permajammed, curses neuting out the nid and our dps dropped the archon slowly. With the archon down we turned on the nid which was helpless with a jammed thanatos and a shield rep boat. It stood no chance and quickly fell. The thanatos pilot ejected so we gunned down the remaining chimera and warped my pod back in to steal his thanatos. The field was ours.
Throughout the fight they had attempted to bring in subcap reinforcements but their choice of ships were laughably bad including two cynabals which had no place in a static cap fight and were quickly neuted out and gunned down in seconds. The final score stood at 880m (plus a SD thanatos countered by a stolen thanatos plus 650m cash in insurance) lost and 4500m killed. I used the isk from the thanatos insurance to reimburse the losses on our side and we began to clean up the field. It took a general amnesty (we fight each other most of the time) and over an hour to get the loot which has still yet to be totaled. However it's already clear that this was extremely profitable.
Whats the meaning of life? I'm asking you because i think your God. Any answer would be appreciated. Really though.. wow that sound so amazing xD

Please, Kwark's ego is big enough as it is! For being so manner while he's opening 10-15 on Longinus or Bulldogging foreigner terrans to A, Kwark is the biggest shittalker I've ever heard while playing BW on TS with him.
Although I was really frustrated with losing that falcon, the sheer complexity of organizing the fleet was such that it was probably for the best that I only ended up with one screen to pay attention to. I did spend the whole fight wondering why I couldn't see the leadership skills of the additional linking alt that became Fleet Commander from my Fleet Composition window. Only bothered reading the text that explains you only see subordinates while the field was being looted.
Pretty good fight, well worth halting making wrecks for the salvage fleet!

Shades made their nightly adventure into Bosena where I met them with my drake. I drew them in and staggered us in until they finally committed two canes, two rifters, a jag and a rapier with an artypest 100k away on the gate at 0. By the time they realised that their rapier was dead (drake lol) and that their canes would die before our two drakes and a cane that we now had there it was too late. The rifters cut off their escape and we slaughtered them. Only the pest escaped, rapidly deaggressing and jumping out. http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_related&kll_id=10137733

They came back with a much bigger fleet. Damnation, absolution, 2 canes, cyclone, 2 scimmy, pest, mael, scorpion, loki, rifter (about 2000m worth). Unfortunately we were only able to muster a drake, a cane and some rifters (about 120m worth). We killed a cane and fucked off.

God the cap fight yesterday was my first real fight in eve overall and it was SO amazing to be there, even if i just cruised at 70k with a covops and painted/damened whatever was called main and later on i pointed the thana which kwark than could steal. Sadly i recogniced the ejected pod to late as he sat there for quite a few seconds and i guess i could have poded him and cost him probably a lot of expensive implants -.- ... next time!!!

Them unarmed ships are dangerous at warping away. It was actually a good thing he did. While kwark was slowboating his pod from the warpin point to the thanny, one of the random stealth bombers ejected from his pod and tried to steal it hahahahah

Several people (Including kwark on the not-pod alt) were locking it, just had a random purifier pilot ejected until several people threatened to pod him.
