Lost a drake, our first loss in around 25 hours. That sucks but we still killed more than we lost today and we lost 0 ships in combat etc. Of course they all regarded it as a massive victory, despite the fact I wasn't actually in local (therefore not logged on) while they were blowing my ship up. Still, they've got to take what they can get at this point.

I keep hearing about siege links and other such similar terms. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=eve online warfare links (Yes, I still have that comment you made about me on the heart) Srs Answer : They are modules that you can fit on ships (usually on T3s or command ships) that give major bonuses when the ship is in fleet with you. also... [00:59:12] Freya Chang > Emol, never be tempted to give the Hatchery battleships. It only screws your efficiency. You can beat them with BCs. AHHAHAHAHAH best quote ever, we field around 5 BCss against their 10+ BS everytime, these kind of dumb quotes makes me enjoy my day. (We also lost 3 Bs during the whole war, they lost 10+) Also, since it looks like they cant count Their loss : 2.458 billion isk Our loss : 1.870 billion isk Is this good ? No, are we still winning ? yes I guess some people will just tell me that ''were at war, everything else doesnt matter'', but when you take into consideration the fact that we have 100 pilots, they have 240 - we have under 10 members with 10M+ sp, they have at least 100+ and the fact that a lot of our losses are due to disconnect, I still think that were doing alright.

http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=8234131 His fit brings up some questions in my mind but I'm not going to rip into it because he offered a pretty good fight and was cool about it afterwards. EDIT: ran two more 1v1s with other guys. Unfortunately I lost both duels but they were both good fights. One was with the guy from that one man corp who we randomly decced for reasons I can't really remember. Standard shield tank on it but I'd just barely cracked the shield tank when my armour folded and my structure followed soon afterwards ![]() http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=8234284 The second fight was with Yamamamamamamiya Hurguhruajfajdgane in some crazy dual MSE2 monstrosity that wiped the floor with me. I barely broke like 15% of his shields rofl. http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=8234300 Once again goodfights and props to everyone involved. Much nicer when we're being civil like this.

Frigate fights are always enjoyable and half the battle is done at the fitting screen while the ammo you use normally becomes a coinflip on how you think your opponent will be tanked. Sometimes it goes well and sometimes it doesn't, but its always interesting to see unorthodox fits in action as well as how successful they can be.

I assume you were using the afterburner/nosferatu fit which works well against most small neut frigates. Shield buffer fits are also very effective as long as your opponent does not have emp loaded from the start. Going into the fights I copped out pretty hard and just packed phased plasma because ur average rifter has pretty bad therm resists on both its armour and its shield

I'm pretty much willing to make anything(in the long term), but in the short term what would be useful if I could provide it on the cheap? I don't care too much about profit as long as the corp flies whatever I make around and blows other people up(or gets my stuff blown up haha). Ships most likely, I'd start with making Rifters. Everything else will most likely have to be T2 production, since meta level items can't be produced and going into a fight with stock T1 stuff isn't how you want to fight. Producing T2 requires Invention (unless you want to buy T2 BPCs off contracts) and some skill investment into the required fields of science for the mods you want to make.

How much of a target do I become if I join up with you guys as a nooblet? Regarding the war situation and all that, maybe the safe bet would be to level my skills outside of the corporation? If you're in our home area you'll get shot on sight, if you're not you probably won't get seen.

Avoid Emol and Ammold and you'll be fine. You can run missions out of Rens or some place like Hadaugago (which sucks mostly) and you'll probably be fine. Occasionally a WT or 2 shows up in Rens, but if you just dock for a little bit you'll be fine.

In a rifter duel keeping the opponent within scram range is hardly gonna be an issue, you don't need the 2k extra range while the ab2 is simply worse than the alternative. You should have beaten that with ease.

Alright I will take your advice and KwarK's into consideration, I will probably join up as soon as I feel comfortable with the game. See you in Eve~. Alot of Meta 1/2 are cheaper than the regular Tech I and still offer 5/10% improvement as well as easier fittings. Still, Tech II where you can ftw ![]()
