Ok, here's the tldr on the rlm changes: fuck you, train lasers. The rlm caracal will no longer be a viable solo ship and will be worthless in gangs half the time, not to mention any time it needs to swap ammo at all. New options for players are as fallows: Pulse omen, Pulse navy omen, Rail thorax, Rail navy exequer. Long term goal continues to be ishtar if you want to train into that afterwards.

Pulse omen/navy omen will probably be the new go to solo/small gang ship used in combination with ishtars. If you are currently stuck without laser skills but can fly a cerb then you can use standard light missile launchers to be semi viable until you cross train. If you have just trained into a caracal and have no other skills I apologize and refer you to the tldr of the rlm changes.
