Pulse omen/navy omen will probably be the new go to solo/small gang ship used in combination with ishtars. If you are currently stuck without laser skills but can fly a cerb then you can use standard light missile launchers to be semi viable until you cross train. If you have just trained into a caracal and have no other skills I apologize and refer you to the tldr of the rlm changes. | ||
