This is going out of your way to buff blobs while simultaneously nerfing solo and smallgang. Guess what all solo and smallgang players will use after you make RLM's useless for those players - yup, lasers. Guess we're looking at a big laser nerf in the next 6 months because we can't have any of those dirty solo players flying around in our EVE. Seems like it's about time to nerf HMLs again. | ||
