The mining implant is up to 1.6b, you can claim it once per character. I have over 100 characters. Obviously that would depress the price a little but still. Sharing a wave of fw missions puts you up to like 4 standings instantly but caldari have no warzone control.
Ah, the old but not yet forgotten implant farming. Dont forget to get akemon as well since you get nice amarr standings at the same time

Cosmos missions can be completed in about 2 hours if you buy all the required items. Required items are famred by a few corps almost exclusively. You will hit 6.0 Caldari standings before you get the mining implant quest if you also use the Tag turn-in quests. There is also another quest in the chain for a 5% implant (I think 5% mining yield in the 7 slot) that is also worth about half a bil last I checked.
Characters with basic trading skills and 7.0+ Caldari standing will sell for 3-4b to would-be Jita traders who make money off the margins and want tax-free trades in Jita 4-4//to anchor POS in high-sec.
If you are going to do this, use your accounts to create new characters (unless you give no fucks about Min/Gal standings), get them in a MWD frigate (some of the plexes require the presence of the new character), then train them for basic trade skills.
I'd estimate about a 5-6bil profit off of 8-10 hours of work (farming+turn-ins+travel) per character, possibly more if you can get the shit down to a science. If you really want to make money, I bet you can create a whole corp just for farming the caldari plexes and pay noobies pennies for a lot of the required items, as a lot of the more obnoxious and time intensive items can be farmed easily with a T1 cruiser. The more difficult missions are similar in difficulty to Worlds Collide level 4 when you don't know triggers and usually require the mission character's presence.
Oddelulf delivers some random bears who decide to fight back with mission rat support(ofc they instantly swapped to me). Even tho they didn't have points everything combined did pretty nasty dps. With mid's heated and blue pill i hit armor just when mach dropped. With mach dead tengu tried to run but it was just easymode maneuvering and smashing tengu down. Drops were ok, not bad nor insanely good.
