I used to play gunbound like 2 years ago and i quit because of unfairness of avatar...(cash avatar is clearly better...)but recently im feeling the urge to play again...
to those who play gunbound i want to ask is it worth it... should i start playing again when i clearly no its unfair? or did gunbound change over the 2 years and it is more balanced and also i would like to ask if any1 would like to play gunbound with me(usa gunbound)

There is avatar off maybe? eh? I use to be very good at gunbound. But i would never spend cash on it with the economy going downhill and all. I am gold battle axe fyi.

Avatar off is the way to go.
I used to be okay. Then I stopped playing for like 3 years. Also, my hands are really unsteady and I hate slicing ><
It's probably not worth it, although I have time to spare and would probably play you.

no, equations. search google yourself there are tons of ways for you to hit another guy by using the distance of your screen + wind and angle and power, etc. they're basically guides but really, once everyone knew this and everyone could hit each other with an SS in the first turn is gay.

i've used equations to hit with trico's 3 cabbages allll the time. zzz

it was more fun back in the day when everyone would have to guess their power lil by lil and adjust there way through the game and when wind comes up everyone will be like LOL look at that double shot FLY!!!

Good to see that gunbound is still going strong. For me, if you have fun playing with your friends, it's worth it. There is a "Avatar off" mode where you don't get any bonuses from your avatar if that is what you are talking about.

I used to play Gunbound, but I only played on the servers where the avatars didn't matter (cash only). I thought it was more fun and balanced that way. Still, all the aimbots and players with uberaim get annoying. I tend to agree--it's only really fun when you can play with friends who are every bit as vulnerable as you are.

I liked gunbound when you didn't rent Avatars, you just bought them straight up, and it wasn't insanely rediculous prices like permanent items are now.

Hurrrr I love Gunbound. Me and WoW friends used to play gunbound drinking game where we had to drink everytime someone on the team got a 300+ damage shot. It's a lot of fun, people bitch way too much about aimbots and shit, I don't think a lot of people used them when I played, just people got good.

Oh and it's a game about math, don't bitch about equations if people can understand and apply them in game. I always played by feel cause I was lazy, my fault I guess.

Gunbound isnt really fun anymore
They have this new feature- Mirror shot
basically it reflects any shot
God it ruins so many people's turns and so on

After I made my last post, I walked downstairs and saw my roommate playing Gunbound. As he had just started, he was equally as confused at all the new machinations in the game as I was. Obviously, I haven't played in quite a while. One of the things I liked about Gunbound was that in the avatar off servers, you had no advantages over people outside of skill (and, obviously, aimbotting). That is no longer the case. Now you can buy items, and there are things like the aforementioned mirror shot that really make me not want to touch this game again unless I'm with friends.

I really liked that I was basically on even footing with everyone without having to play a ridiculous amount of games or pay actual money. Now that that's gone and replaced with some serious bs, I'm disappointed. I mean, I realize that it's in the company's best interest to try and get people to spend extra money, but frankly, if I have to play with friends to keep playing, I'm just gonna stick to playing Worms World Party via the LAN at our place.

'bout that time for me too.
I saw like 80 boomer charts.

I did get back into it. I quit when they changed north american servers. I lost all my international friends, and had no real way of communicating to them.

i play gunbound! but only when my friend wants to so yea.. gb is still fun at times. it's funny to piss of 12 year olds and tk them and they're all like "OMG YOU'RE SO NOOB, NOOB. GET OUT OF HERE" and they try to not tk you back and focus on killing the other team and then when it's your turn you mess up their angles and everything LOLL omg. so freaking funnnnnn xD
