Not a bad idea since mana cost scales with fissure level, if you are playing block stun its do-able. Again SF buying wards is dumb 6 wards = 600 gold, @2600 and @3200 are two very different items. At 2200 versus 1610 two very different items. Guess what, all 4 items are use-able on SF, wards not so smart.

![]() http://www.dota-allstars.com/replay/34894/index.html - BigBlind - Pugna Replay of a scrim against Domain of Pain. We went a push strat and it was a very close match. Be sure to watch the crow chase toward the end, it was really long and three heroes with blink chasing a bird is pretty own. I was controlling the crow.

Also: ![]() http://www.dota-allstars.com/replay/34868/index.html People were complaining that they'd never heard of anyone in my replays, so here's Hitomi. He's the puck - IndigoChildren. We solo each other in middle Kop vs Puck, it was pretty decent. Be sure to watch what he does when the ES ganks, pimpest plays material. ive heard of hitomi ofc and im new, hes in emg right

He's in the new Team Pandemic, they're definitely going to be a force in North American play. http://www.mymym.com/en/news/12857.html In the replay with Hitomi I play QoP. I hardly ever get dagon on qop.

What are some heroes that dont get banned/picked often but can be very good when used well. Carry/non carry all works. Really man? A better question are what heroes don't get banned/picked frequently END question mark, simply because almost every hero in dota can be used with a good lineup+players.

Teamwork ability, aoe and damage able to be dealt per second, synergy of lane partners, ability to take down Roshan, disables, and late game transition ability. There's a lot of people who are unaware that dota is currently at the stage where you can lose a game entirely because of the picks you make, so that before the actual game is played you have already lost. [ Considering equal or near equal skill levels ] The absolute best lane combos you can have are Lesh/Lina + Stunners including Sven/CK/SK/Skel King/NA etc. People get imaginative and run stuff like Pudge/Viper which works well too. THD/Pug is another good lane combo that was popular in older versions. I always made the lineups for my team when we played competitively. The best thing is to have a team of 5 players who are able to execute every role. There's a lot more roles than you think: Solo, support, support-secondary carry, carry, pusher, initiator, follow-up initiator, ganker/roamer, jungle, jungle-ganker etc. In my honest opinion it is not that hard to get good at DotA, compared to other games. To be even more specific, I believe a lot of ' good ' North American teams and Asian teams are simply recognized because they have 5 or more people who are dedicated and enough of them are able to execute ANY lineup. This applies to say 2nd-3rd tier international teams not to top tier teams like SK, MYM, VP etc. For example, my old team was all people I taught to play DotA from scratch, brand new, they had to GO OUT and buy war3 and expansion. Even considering this, we got into cal-i, htgn-pro, won some in MYM prides, got to playoffs in HTGN and TGL. Thing is, we never really broke through and were only semi-known because I was the only dependable solo AND jungle player on my team. I actually prefer to play support/support-carry roles. This was one of the reasons our team called it quits because we got to a point where we would rather play for fun than have everyone learn how to jungle or learn the other roles correctly. If you have a team with good players that can execute every role, or enough players to fill up the roles then you can run borderline ineffective shit like Juggernaught [ prime example ] and still win games in good fashion. Jugg would never be used in a serious MYM VP match, and if he was it's because the team using him spent a lot of time perfecting some strategy that made great use of him. Anytime you see Vigoss getting dagon, its not because dagon is good, its because of game theory. When you play at that high of a level, getting away with low hp is very common and you want your hero geared towards burst damage, unlike before where it was clusterfuck aoe fights. With dagon your burst damage increases faster than any other item at that stage, THATS why dagon works on bad players and on good players when people like Vigoss are in charge of the hero.
