The "jerk" motion in HoN is smoother than DotA's War3 engine basis, it's more SC like than War3 like if you would. I had trouble with that in beta because I was expecting more hits off of harass in lane but it's not. Anyways, I worked out the rough math for reliable versus unreliable gold, it's not even close (not in even in same order of magnitudes). Gankers won't see a massive (or significant) increase in gold, because, for comparison's sake a hero with unreliable gold needs to hit 25% of the creeps at the 10 minute mark to match the same amount of gold of a hero directly based in reliable gold killing a non-spree level 10 hero 5 times. So a hero hitting 1 out of 4 creeps will equal a hero that's 5-0 with 0 cs at the 10 minute mark. So we're both right, hard carries will still be needed, Icefrog essentially made it easier to play support individually and harder to play support at the team level. I would put this change lower in impact to the tower bounty changes. It doesn't include jungle or towers or gold loss (through deaths) though. Oh and why people put Radiance on a pedestal (never mind the actual effectiveness); 5150 for Radiance, plus other shit let's say 6000 gold effectively. There's only 8250 gold by the 16.5 minute mark. That's 55% of the creeps on average or ~72% of the available gold by the 16.5 minutes. | ||

radiance is nice when you have to chase ppl, and also when you're too lazy to last hit to farm. By getting rad you insta improve your usefulness in a team battle. | ||

and/or in voicechat. saying "you're fucking bad noob never fucking play moonqueen again you fucking noob" for 20 mins straight should warrant a suspension imo. now saying something like "you're fucking bad, next time dont rush doombringer with your initial gold and not get any items beforehand because you'll fucking die you trash" is good. i don't know what kind of punishments they hand out, but less non-constructive rage is always good tho. =D | ||

I never gave constructive criticism because he was just so retarded and useless HOW WAS HE HAVING A HIGHER PSR THAN ME LOL WTF Also all he did that game was whine about how sad we were and we had bad manner (my friend and I actually cursed him off since he sucked). He also said I was bad when I was 5 levels ahead of everyone else and was carrying the team until it got to late game and pretty much my entire team sucked balls and I couldn't do anything about it. The fact that like 3 people on the team had disables didnt help either as I was targetted first. I fucking hate this game sometimes lol | ||

Can anyone tell me the basis for drafting this days? I used to play competitive ban draft last time but all we did was either sk lina sf shadow priest spectre and the like. Now the entire drafting and banning is so boggled that i cant make sense out of it. | ||

Did they say when they are going to implement the award thing you see in match stats? Or the Hero builder? Any plans for more maps or the oh-so-amazing map editor? Are we going to get a PSR reset somewhere in the future or is this for life? Also how's the HoN World Cup coming along? I really want to play some new maps ![]() | ||
