Yes they do. Every attack command triggers it, which is why when you're called, don't spam move because it's the equivalent of spamming attack on axe.

helix only takes into account the "attempted" hit (just the first frame of attack animation is enough)
so if u spam move while called, every time u click away, ur hero will try to attack axe again, raising the probability that he will spin

Helix procs when the command attack is placed, not when the attack lands. So if you spam stop/move/hold, Axe forces your hero to place another attack command during a Call after every time you stop/move/hold; so it increases the chance Axe will spin every .XX seconds, whatever the internal CD on Helix is.

Any evasion/misses on Axe will not lower his chance to proc Helix. I'm not sure if Doom silences the Helix passive or not.

Doom does not stopped triggered passives. Hardcoded passives on the other hand....there's a nice long list for what Doom stops and doesn't stop.

And a little tidbit on Axe's Call, the only reason why it works that way is because Call has a trigger that makes the affected units attack Axe. The "it" in that case being increasing your number of attempted attacks beyond your attack rate, which isn't possible otherwise like in case of orb-walking or animation canceling.

I really should phrase my shit better, the trigger to attack Axe goes off every time something contrary occurs (like spamming stop or move).

I don't think images produced by Juxtapose during Call are affected by call, so you shouldn't really have to click away. PL sucks against Axe anyway.

axe is very good hero, not overrated at all. clinkz however is just not that great of a hero =P. Hes a hard carry that has shit hp gain. Also even with his death pact/ww he has shit survivability due to his last hit animation being so bad =/.

lasthit animation gives him shit survivability?? that makes total sense!. I think buffed firearrows on clinkz at least doesn't make him completely fucking useless anymore.
