MYM has only won the fights where OK.NV were vastly overextending or out of position and now OK.NV feels like playing pubstyle

Is there a community site with guides and such, like solomid, mobafire, etc? http://honcast.com/guides/ Otherwise, create a game, select practice mode, all pick and then just go in from there. Once you're in game, you can see community created guides at the shop.

Tobi lacks game and metagame knowledge a lot, and he tends to miss something, like when people obtain their items like you mention, but he's gotten a lot better at catching the action, and he is often able to keep up the excitement. He's not on the level as some of the good SC2 commentators, but if he casts with SyndereN or someone else with the same game knowledge who also feels comfortable with casting he's pretty good at play-by-play casting.

I think part of it is guest co-casters never correcting him on the 10 things he's flat out wrong about every match. I dunno if it's out of politeness or what.

Fucking kill the spectator scene right there. dota needs more late night casters. i'd want to cast if i could but my computer sucks + i'm a really boring guy

Unlike in SC2/BW you know who the players are (and thus their race), map pool is fairly limited and the build variations are played out in a much slower manner, it puts a lot of responsibility on the casters to figure out what's going on before the game gets under way and provide insightful commentary beforehand and theorize how the team fights should play out optimally for both sides. Edit: Too much of the same and too much of the not same yo.

As in, while some line ups are blatantly obvious what their goal is (see any line up with Spectre ever), those line ups are not established ahead of time.
