So one game I random valkyrie. This dipshit Australian guy with a 49% win ratio after 1700 games played who was our amazing 1720 pink player (playing late at night with less than 5 is a guarantee to get some incredibly bad Australian or Asian player, at least in US realms) proceeds to ragequit over me randoming in an AP game. Then he reconnects after we try to kick him and has randomed Kotf, who he proceeds to jungle with before sending all his minions to my lane over and over to a-move and fuck me severely as I'm already 1v2ing with Valk against pyro + elec. Then he suicides to them a couple times. The brown player who is his friend and I presume a part of his group, who is also a 1000 game 50% winrate 1600, ends up 0/11/0 and also griefs nonstop while talking mad shit the entire time. Meanwhile our opponents are also talking mad shit. It's such a shit storm at lower levels. Really, the only way to win with these incredibly bad players is to pick a really really strong mid hero and then demand the lane and forcefully push these morons out. 2 person queues at 1500 level is a fucking nightmare, you can either choose to win your lane and watch your ridiculously bad partners who are legitimately 1500 after 3,000 games get completely shit on in every lane or you can choose to go mid + split one person to lane with one of those guys. Anyways I just needed to vent after the incredibly frustrating experience of last game. DONT PLAY WITH FEWER THAN 3 PEOPLE BELOW 1800. Every competitive game has a threshold at which the friendly noobs become egotistical dipshit noobs who think they are insane pros and begin to develop massively overinflated egos. In SC it was around D+; people below D+ are friendly and seemingly aware of their massive failings and lack of skill. After D+ these scrubs suddenly start bragging about being C- and being able to rape anyone 1v1. In HON this level seems to be around 1550; shit players below that generally are aware of their noobness, while players above it no matter how bad suddenly become good enough to justify rage quitting the game when the 1950 MMR guy randoms. | ||

The pudge or rubick or even lanaya should be 1 imo, the SK wasn't that special. But other than that quite a good episode. I can't figure out the sf suiciding scene. | ||

My friend and I (both 1900+) players decided to make some subaccounts to play some lower level games for fun, and we've already lost 5 games out of 25 just due to the AMAZINGLY moronic players who populate this 1500 bracket. I think you're blowing it out of proportion, you get the good games and the bad in that bracket. I float around the 1500-1600 bracket in the games I've played and you're right you can just pick a strong mid and roflstomp sometimes but you don't need to ignore your team entirely. Sometimes you get a few competent people and you can do things like group push and gank. Though you do occasionally get grouped with 4 Brazilians and you need to just mute your entire team/pray their mid is incompetent. | ||

Casual games? Then why put effort into worrying about your team/outcome. Getting a ridiculous winrate for e-p33n? then why random. We can maintain 90% winrate with randoming and 2 people queues. Playing higher level TMM with 2 people can get very stale very fast. Playing low level games and randoming can be fun, even with bad teammates. As to saying "what else can you expect," I would say a lot. Playing with bad noobs isn't a problem until the bad noobs start going crazy with the shit talk, and that was the first game of 25 that it happened. Prior to that game we lost a game where I was 500+ gpm the entire time with a maxed out puppet for the last 40 minutes of the game and both my buy backs down and it was nowhere near as frustrating as dealing with the idiots of the game I described because our noobs were at least trying and not griefing. Griefing =/= being a noob. Venting doesn't have a point beyond release. And as the argument has been made before, when you start a new account you start low, you don't start at your rank. It takes a relatively short period of time to "stomp" to your real MMR. Our accounts are both near 1700 after only 25 games. | ||

As I said I was on a 500 gpm puppet with maxed items for over 30 minutes, including buying a couple new BKBs for 10 second immunity, but if your allies have sub 200 gpm against another maxed team it doesn't really matter.
