how do you get 200 apm in dota

I've always played like every game at 200apm it just feels completely natural. even counter-strike LOL [ gg apmlive ]
Usually my apm in dota games is around 150-180. But when I play heroes like syllabear it reaches 200 easy. If you got necrobook heroes/chen etc and you don't get at least 120 apm you're probably not playing right imo. But yeah dota is much slower. Starcraft gave me my 250 constant apm max oh so long ago ^^

I play CS fast too. Its a bad habit in scrims and clan wars when playing CT mostly, but its ok.
