I'd like to start this thread off by telling you all (or those of you who don't know what d2jsp.org is) about D2jsp.org. I am in no way trying to promote this site. D2jsp.org is a trading forum, you trade items (mainly from diablo 2) to people on the forum for forum gold. You then can buy items from other people with forum gold. It's pretty much like a diablo 2 item market.
Now to the point of this thread - Ladder Slasher. Ladder Slasher is a web bassed RPG of sorts that is very basic and very simple. You click a text link to attack, every time you attack the enemy attacks you back, you eventually kill it or it kills you. It can drop items, it gives experience when you kill it, with enough experience you level up, get stat points, better items etc.
The reason I wanted to bring this to your attention is this : If you are on TL.net all day, and don't feel like playing starcraft / cant find anyone to play with, but get bored while waiting for responses or new threads to pop up, why not play a fun little game? Every second the game is open you replenish 1 life, after battles if you have say 50/100 life it takes 50 seconds to get full life again, why not refresh TL.net or read something during that time? I'm not going to go into deep details about the game, its mechanics, the items etc, but I have found this keeps me busy, and if any one else would like to know more about the game, or try it out for themselves, just send me a PM and I can send you in the right direction, tell you how to sign up, play, etc.
Also, a quick side note for anyone that is interested, you have to register for the site but it only takes a few seconds. You start off with 0 FG, you can trade any items from almost any game to get FG, which can then be used to buy items off the "Ladder Slasher Market Place" and help you out in the game, or vice versa if you need some extra WoW gold or D2 items.
Also, does anyone here already play this game?

I got all my d2jsp accounts banned but I have 8 fg -_-. If you find any amazing ladder slasher items they can sell for up to 10-20k fg :O I can give you like 3 or 4 to buy a few items on the MP so you can get to level 5 easily and start getting decent items that will sell for atleast 1 fg on the MP.  pm me?

I currently have a level 11 rogue and have made 23 fg off of it, just from selling items I found for 1-2 fg each, you start finding some nice stuff that people starting out will buy to level fast, goodluck . If you need any help, PM me.

I dont play D2 anymore, but I'm pretty sure that's worth a pretty penny (or Highrune/SOJ/pgem/camel/whatever the currency is nowadays)

i wish camels were the currency for d2 would be wtf awesome. i started using d2jsp when i started up again and its pretty cool. some of the stuff sells for alot more that what its worth hr to fg wise and some stuff sells for alot cheaper. and its also possible to find good deals(mals for 10 fg w00t!) overall pretty cool now if only baal would give me something decent to trade for fg it would be even better =((((((((( /fail at mfing

I started playing this earlier today and I must say I'm quite addicted to it for some reason. Anyhow, I got to level 5 (Mage) but I decided to read up on the game in the forums and it seems that the general consensus is that Mage = for the rich. After reading that I started a rogue which I quickly re-rolled into a Fighter. Didn't like either much so I'm sticking with the Mage.
Since I'm still new to the game, can anyone give me some useful advice?
Ex: I given all my stat points to INT. Is that good/bad? I need help with stuff like that.
Edit: Oh, and I'm finding it hard as hell to level up at 5 now. The mobs own the shit out of me. Been running away from rougly 1/4 of my battles since they get me to ~20 hp while they still have 1/3 of their hp remaining -_-

btw you can also bet sports with your fg if/when you get some. kind of fun though i always pick the wrong weeks to bet and when i pick the games right i never bet =(

smurfing, unless you have like 3-5 FG leveling is gonna be really really slow like that for the rest of the time you play
you need a lvl 5-10 weapon

Yeah, been leveling slow. I'm level 10 at the moment and leveling is just getting harder since I have shit for equipment. I might remake a Fighter if I find it impossible to go on any further with my mage.

d2jsp is so incredibly useful.
You can hang on to fg from previous seasons to boost yourself in a new season.
I was #20 Amazon or something early in the season, and fg makes trades easier thanks to its liquidity.
