Well both of the pugs didn't have furnace and maidens down on HC, more like a boost. (they literally invite the first spec and ilvl appropriate person in the group finder ... )
Then again I was originally shadow and I went healing to help out the guild and they still lack healers, I have shit for actual healing trinkets, but if they don't want to help the guild as a whole their loss aswell.
So yes, I'm a bit salty.
+ When I joined an IMP HC kill as a pug with a guild I actually said keep the loot, was happy with just achievement.

People dying to freaking marks and mines is really the only problem we have with the fight. If we can reign in the derp, it's a pretty simple fight.
TBH, we could probably kill him tonight, but raid leader wants Mythic Oregorger...soooo

110 tries on Blackhand HC and still people die to the mark or mines. I have to play the walking world marker for people who can't pay enough attention to find safe spots in phase 1 and I place my Healing Rain on the safe spot for the marks during 2nd Demolition. Feels pretty silly, but it seems to help with getting out of phase 1.
Today was the first time we reached 3rd phase a couple of times before time ran out, so at least I can hope we will finally kill him this lockout.

Why ogreogre first? Beastlord is a tank / spank that isn't anymore difficult than heroic
Hans / Franz is also pretty simple if you use time warp on pull to skip the first press phase
Hell Flamebender drops tier tokens and she is easier

It took us 46 attempts to get down hc blackhand, honestly once phase 2 is done perfectly ph3 is a breeze.

This, we got a better phase 2 strat tonight and our attempts after that went like
15%, tanks not understanding where to tank boss in phase 3
like 0%, boss at 1 mil HP because people didn't understand impales don't stop at first target in last phase

Phase 2 is easily the hardest phase on heroic because if anyone fucks up any of the mechanics it's so easy to get drained and not have enough steam for phase 3
Siege fixates wrong guy? Probably a wipe
Siege doesn't get hit by all the first impales? Probably a wipe
Don't clear the first 3-4 balconies? Probably a wipe
Siege doesn't die quick enough? Probably a wipe
People getting hit by mines? Probably a wipe
DPS on boss too low? Probably a wipe

Yeah i have no idea how that's going to work tbh. If they want to announce the next expansion at blizzcon it won't be ready before summer, meaning one year of the Tanaan raid.
They can probably have two patches for t18, but they still risk having the same old content draught of every last tier
