I know Blizzard wants me to farm in Nagrand and skin to obtain complete Raw Beast Hide one to two at a time, but fuck it I farm quicker out in the Shivering Trench outside the Garrison. Am i missing something? You can buy in bulk by shiftclicking.

Rofl god forbid warlocks don't completely shit on every other dps for once. That just couldn't stand. DPS of an arcane mage with better aoe and mobility, weeeee

Legacy Blackrock Caverns Rom'ogg Bonecrusher's Skullcracker ability should now correctly deal damage to Angered Earth elementals, allowing the achievement Crushing Bones and Cracking Skulls to be completed.
For real this time? Cata dungeon meta achievement thing, here I come!

I tried to shift+left or right click with both addons on and off, and still can't buy in bulk with the normal shift-click I use elsewhere, idk anymore but it's driving me to use addons to manage this minor annoyance.

I wiped on Twins LFR to enrage timer (or hit enrage timer and almost wiped maybe, i can't remember if we all died or not :D)
Yea this balancing is a bit of a rollercoaster, i don't remember how damage splits are but that's a huge buff single target. I mean, 28% to two main abilities, even if they do pretty low %'s of your total damage (they're no Obliterates, but they probably do a fair amount of damage considering you're hitting them most gcd's) it'd be big. I need to see how frost performs with their buffs, too

The hotfixes from yesterday
The Haste stat is now 11.1% more effective. For example, characters at level 100 now receive a 1% increase per 90 Haste (up from 1% per 100 Haste).
Classes
Death Knight General Blood Boil’s damage has been reduced by 33.3%. Frost Icy Talons now causes the Death Knight to gain 20% (up from 5%) more of the Haste stat from all sources.
Haste is now 11.1% more effective for unholy and 27% more effective for frost, relative to pre-hotfix, if i'm doing the math correctly. I don't know a good source for weights, but Noxxic (whatever way they calculate them) says that makes Haste by far the best stat for 2h frost, while previously it was the third best secondary stat (@666 ilvl).
I didn't expect blizzard to be so aggressive with class changes, i thought maybe on the next raid tier release (t18) unholy AOE would be brought down some but they just (probably, not sure how much of a nerf it is) wrecked it 1/3'rd of the way into tier 17 and increased DK single target DPS

Good thing Ive been stacking Haste like mad..

Yes it's your best stat, not by far, noxxic is still bad don't use it. Use this instead

^Thanks. The singletarget fixes are right on point but if it's worse for AOE, i think i can unspec Unholy as a DPS DK (:
Most of it's not loading, but some good info. Guess i'm gonna try to get rid of all of my Mastery ASAP (if i was trying to get world class dps logs, i would be quite annoyed with the extent of these changes 1/3'rd into tier o.~) into haste > multistrike > versatility. Vers doesn't seem as bad as i remembered it, especially at higher gear levels (660-690 as opposed to 630)

But it is still "ok" for you Drazerk because you can just save up some holy gear where Haste Multistrike is bis stats. But yeah i know what you mean xD

Always funny to do LFR and suddenly there's a guy doing 32k single target dps on kargath out of nowhere in the group.

My guess is today lots of decently geared people are running LFR because they are only a few stones away from getting the ring, and want to complete the quest before raid time

I did it today for ring, i was hitting those 30k numbers easily even though some from my guild can do 1.5x my damage~ Then again some stuff was dieing VERY fast (1m 20s butcher)

This might sound crazy but is it better to be in unholy stance as frost 2h now? It seemed like I got a very good butcher parse (for me at least) using it and I at least didn't seem to lose anything on imp. The increased cost on frost strike doesn't seem so bad given runic conversion is per runic power spent so you can actually dump runic power faster. Of course, you're also losing the 20% generation bonus but with the extra haste you should be generating more as well. Also, the runspeed bonus is nice for small speed boosts when stance switching doesn't make sense.
Also: thanks for the 2h frost DPS tips a month and 50 pages ago! (It's in spoilers on page 341 I think) When you wrote that I was no where near the competency to be looking at my swing timer and strategically holding onto runes waiting for procs but I finally feel like I've been able to incorporate those into my rotations. Still haven't gotten a scabbard because it's 100k on my server.

We went to get the last stones for the ring quest with some mates, 3 30K+ dps kill the bosses so fast god damn. The ring is dope by the way, too bad it's a very random PPM proc like the metagem in MoP :<

I'm.. not actually sure, but if it's even close it'd be worth using for the movement speed sometime. I think that google docs link above had a comparison, but it wouldn't load because there was too many people looking at it(?)
will look into that and try out some stuff! np~ i will post a pic of how my swing timer is set up but i think i want to get a dedicated addon for it, it's important and i don't like the one on Quartz that much. Get Sabbard unless you're going to spam tectus/brackenspore and use all of your bonus rolls on one of the two of those, like mass-killing them on normal to use multiple bonus rolls per week. It's too good, it adds 15 maybe even 20k damage to obliterate crits
FP vs UP is in the doc, but i'm not sure how to read it. Singletarget at least it was ~2.6% gap in favor of frost presence
