Nothing so far , and Im honestly ok with that for now , they really dont have much to share anyway, they are probably working on HD skins and some integration stuff. Im not in hurry to see those.
For now I want them working on the game's balance; when they announced reforged the website stated that there will be a major balance shift , so I'd rather have radio silence knowing they are working on that.

I havent follow war3 pro scene for a long time, but decided to watch few tournaments these days and if I understand it correctly, if you dont play or capable of switching to Night Elf, you are just participating, no shot for the title, final and sometimes even for semis

Well, I meant only the pro scene, I could not careless about ladder stats and I am not only looking at the results, but I am also watching the games and if I understand it right, somehow, the elfs are able to fast expand, while harassing, while having units advantage and teching at the same time almost every game vs every race and I dont know the game well, but I know the strategy games dynamics and these iterations look kind of weird to me and then I see that elfs win most of the time and some pros from other races even switch to elfs to stay competitive, so thats why I wanted to ask somewhere if I am missing something or the game is like that at the moment

That was 1.30.1, NE should be easier to face now(even if Douyu is played on NetEase that hasn't been patched yet so the games are still in 1.30.1 and you will see complete NE domination).

You have to admit though, it's really heartbreaking to see guys like TH000 switch to NE and not play their main race... Is this Thunder and Fire Cup played on old patch?
In any case, I think that what needs to be nerfed the most at the moment is Alchemist.

Alchemist just received a major nerf to acid bomb, so what really needs to change is that tournaments need to apply the most recent patch.
Part of the reason Alchemist is the de-facto standard even for humans right now is that due to NE's ultra-aggression, you can't afford to wait for MK, which is the stronger hero.
The recent patch addresses both issues, so Alchemist play should drop off a fair bit soon.

the lawliet vs infi series is worth a watch. some good mindgaming by infi going on there

Infi had a good shot at Moon. Only if he went for the buildings instead of units when Moon got revealed...

i started watching wc3 recently and i just watched g1 of Moon vs. TH000 and as someone coming from starcraft i am so confused + Show Spoiler +why are they floating so much gold?? i saw that their lumber was low, but can't they just make more workers and get more lumber? i know there's the upkeep system, but surely that can't be a reason to float 1k+ gold?

Like you said, there's the upkeep system that disincentivizes players from producing more units at certain points, and incentivizes them to save and use gold for hero items and revivals as their heroes reach higher levels.
