Yea Echidna has a lot of uses and she is farmable.
http://www.puzzledragonx.com/ is a great source of information for looking up monsters, dungeons, simulating potential teams, finding out daily and upcoming events, future game changes, and even looking at other teams people have built with the monsters you have (if you scroll down past the comments on the monsters' page).

For lower levels just whatever dark dungeon drops you get (you can run specific dungeons after looking up what ones may have more dark). There is also pengdra and the metal dragons (dungeons appear at certain times daily that drop metal dragons for each color depending on what color metal dragon dungeon it is).

so my best bet for feeding would be just RGB pengdras or checking the site for when the dark metal dragon comes around?

Your best bet would be to clear normal dungeons as far as you can go, and farm the dark ones that give the most xp. Don't bother farming technicals, they won't rank you up as quickly.

darn so I shouldnt be doing technicals? q_q shoulda just ran normals I got so caught up in pengdra farming

Pengdra farming is a trap. Technicals give really bad rank xp, as do the metal dragon dungeons. As a general rule, farm the hardest normal dungeons you can do that have the 1.5x drop bonus if you don't plan on advancing farther in dungeons.
King and super metal dragons are only really needed once your monsters are around level 60-70.

I saw a sapphire dungeon dragon and I ran it a couple times and got a tamadra! :D but ya I noticed the exp at normals dungeons is much higher than technicals :S

Pengdras are probably not trap anymore on JP. Since the last update, an unevolved pengdra is worth 15k exp on same attribute, and only needs a Dragon plant to evo damn.

Yeah, so happy that I decided to hold on to a bunch of light and dark pengdras waiting for metal dragons to show up. "Oh hey Yomi, did you want 450k xp? I've got it just sitting around over here."

Yeah. A few (ulitmate) evolutions use them as well but you probably won't have to worry about that yet.

Lol I still need to max her skill and finish off the last bit of + eggs on her. I do however, already have all the evo mats ready and waiting for when her new uevo hits NA.

I'm hoping I get my last 2 from the Uevo process and then hypermaxed :D. Not sure which one I'm doing next though, think it's probably gonna be Hanzbro because he's in like all my non-devil teams and I don't really care about pal points as much anymore (that and having like combined 100 Ronia+ Lu Bu friends as a +297 ronia means I rake it in anyway :o)

You can find more info here but a lot of it is down to refreshing stamina with stones.

I made a king baddie :D did what you guys told me to and started running through normal dungeons and found myself a king metal dragon
