I think I need to either switch to my fire team if I can get a pal with an attack booster or find an alternative to Bastet that has a lower combo requirement for multipliers, like a second Isis or something. That way I won't have to rely on luck as much and would be able to pass through both them and the blue dragon asshole. I remember them womping stuff ezmode in the past, but I guess that is because my enemies didn't have stupid high defense. *sigh* EDIT 4: Having one final go at it, JSH Haku guide me onee-san. EDIT 5: .... That was almost too easy. Keeper of the Rainbow + Haku + Isis FTW. | ||

there's no rush with technicals though, so if you feel like you need to waste a ton of stamina just to finish 1 non-descend dungeon, then generally it's not a good idea to do it. When you're starting off your stamina is very very precious and is better spent grinding rank or evo mats to evolve stuff that you have team space for. also - бум бум сучка! | ||

I have just been doing whatever dungeon takes the least stamina every time. Currently these technical dungeons cost 13 stamina, but I am already on 14 stamina levels in normal dungeons and they are giving me a bit of trouble so I decided to do some technical for now. I also don't know where to get the evo materials for Awoken Shiva and Awoken Isis, at least the special monsters they seem to need (I have the masks and stuff). I'm guessing this is the direction I should be going in, and I should probably find that information out >_< In the meantime though, they are both low level (like 50- 60- something) so I am doing dungeons to get fusion material to level my stuff up and completing the lowest stamina requirement ones to get more stones for the chance to maybe actually roll something good sometime haha. By the way after using DKPL's Shiva on a Challenge dungeon (and dying because I ran out of fire orbs) I realized that the combo multiplier would have definitely pushed me over the required damage to kill those Treant things but I doubt I would have killed the water dragon thing due to fire < water ): | ||

The special monsters that you need to awaken your gods are mostly drops from descends (such as sphinx and madjedra for awoken Isis) and some rare monster drops that can be farmed from some specials and higher level technicals (such as the water dragon Cleopatra for awoken Isis and the phoenix for awoken Shiva). You're not quite there yet, so you'll need to progress a bit further before you focus on awakening your gods. If you want to level your stuff quickly, probably the best way for you is via the pengdra cycle? On Mondays you farm the low level technicals for pengdras and max level them. On Thursday you farm dragon plants to evolve the pengdras and feed them away. On weekends you farm weekend dungeon if you need gold, or grind whatever dungeon gives you the most exp/stam to rank up, since many normal dungeons will be half stam. If you are less then rank 100, you can pretty much farm Dragons of the Tower in Tower of the Giants non-stop all weekend. | ||

The normal dungeons give so much more rank exp though so you end up getting more efficiency out of them despite them costing more stamina. Today you want to farm Hyperion Lava Flow since red is on drop bonus. Don't worry about finishing Tier 6 as you can't farm King of the Gods yet. The Shiva mats are from descends. Therugia is from Grimoires Descended! which is on Wednesday. If you're struggling with tier 6 then there is no chance you'll be able to get one though. Phoenix is far more annoying. He can invade the sky dragon red level, but I'm not sure of the rate. That is your best bet to acquire one I imagine as Zeus Vulcan is one of the harder descends. I don't have a team that has more than 21k hp except my Devil team which definitely won't do 1 million+ damage in 2 turns, especially since i don't have a team that can stall for long enough to get my lasers charged up and even if I did, how would i take out the guy after him... Found that next wall, apparently. At this point I don't think even max leveling my current monsters would change this fact. What should I do, in simplest terms? | ||

For the first dragon you can either use a delay like Echidna or wait until you do more damage. You're going to get stuck again very quickly in Starlight Sanctuary and until you can farm the last level King of the Gods there isn't much point in clearing it. Queen of the Gods is better than farming Ocean of Heaven, but I suspect that is out of your reach as well. | ||

At this point you should be focusing on building a team that can clear some easier descends, by leveling/evo'ing/skilling up your things. Also save all your pal points for evo materials in the PEM then pray for two devilets for your shiva. Echidna dungeon is going to be available it's one of most widely used and useful subs. Make sure you farm one and try and max skill it too. If you pulled one of the xmas healer girls, the xmas echidna is basically strictly superior, the others can be usefully because they cover other colors but for Shiva they aren't better. Your medium term goal is to be able to clear http://www.puzzledragonx.com/en/mission.asp?m=1072 , so you can get shiva's awoken evolution. You'll probably need to evo your Shiva to the R/D evolution and get a decently leveled team first though. | ||

I figured that with 50 stamina required, Descended dungeons were out of my league. For my pal helper I prefer combo multipliers like Bastet, Set, Haku, UY, and Awoken Shiva. What would some potential teams be that I can use to clear Descended dungeons? As for this Echidna thing, can you be a little more specific? Why is she useful? Should I be spending stones on trying to pull that xmas version? What is this Echidna dungeon? Can't I just get one by running Flame Snake Woman in Volcano of Vulcan a bunch of times? | ||

edit; Echidna's active is one of the best actives in the game. 3 turn delay on a 10 turn cooldown. The only drawback is echidna has pretty bad stats, especially HP. Her awakenings don't help so much either. The Christmas healer girls have the same active and same stats as their regular version counterpart (as in their stats still suck). Their awakenings are decent, but not enough to warrant throwing your rocks at the machine. Don't pull it. You can farm a regular echidna and she'll function just fine as far as needing a delay goes. You can farm echidna from the christmas dungeon and also from the scarlet snake princess survey dungeon coming up in a couple days. You'll want to try max skilling one by feeding multiples to a single one. We're also at 2.5x skill up rate right now, so there's pretty much no better time to do this. | ||

The Christmas REM offers one monster of each colour that has the same active skill as Echidna. Since you specifically want the red one for your shiva team, I'd not bother rolling and just wait for Scarlet Snake Princess. | ||

Also all these evo mats you should basically never sell, it's better to expand your box than to sell: devilets, angelits, ancient masks, jewels, gold keepers, rbg dragon fruits, dragon fruit, dub mythlits, rainbow keeper, rbg keepers,mystic masks, light dublits. | ||
