Collab monsters are okay when you're starting out, but they're almost useless in the endgame, so don't worry about that stuff too much. The number one reason you'd ever want to re-run a dungeon is for skillup material. Ah, ok. That's the place I'm getting hit pretty hard in right now, makes sense that "Something Something Satan" is the roadblock more than once in this game. Guess I have to push through it!

edit: I heard pandora was kinda good. What subs would you use for that, and is it even worth making one

YomiDra is harder to use than I expected (dat facepalm when pop Haku and can't active because no dark +, can definitely see why people advocating running 2x YomiDra, though not something I can afford foreseeable future) and less damage than firecat / nepdra, but damn if it isn't flexible. Just cleared EEC 5x4 and TEC 5x4 for stone.

So I'm guessing I should just wait for PCGF and try to roll a nutty dark leader to slap my haku on to? edit: I heard pandora was kinda good. I completed the Return of the Dark King in the Castle of Satan in the Abyss on my first try! Thanks in great part to DKPL1/2's Awoken Bastet. I felt like such a boss, here's what I did: i used my fiery flaming team of fiery fire with a tinge of dark, which is Gilgamesh lvl 41, Rowdy Red Samurai Goblin lvl 21, Shiva lvl 34, Zeromus lvl 60, and Dub-mythlit. So i get through the first 9 levels without much trouble, got some decent combos in to make it a relatively smooth journey. By the time I reach the King I have all of my crew charged up and ready to blast, except for Zeromus. The board I was on was almost entirely Health/Fire/Dark orbs, just as planned (well, the lvl 9 bitch turned 3 of my light orbs into blocks which simply never went anywhere, but that's life). I use Gilgamesh's special, hoping he pulls something decent out of that damn bag and not some stupid Excalipoor; he uses Genji shield which at least isn't 100% useless. I change the Heal to Fire by using the Goblin's special, then I use Shiva's special and got them all + signed, then I used Dub's special and made all the Dark orbs +, then I used Bastet's special and I dropped a 4 Combo that had at least like 15 Fire orbs in it. Shit blasted his two helpers to little bits and pieces and took him down to about 40%. I continue to chip away at him, he nullifies all my skills (sucker, I have no skills!), then just when my situation was starting to look dire because I wasn't getting enough Heal orbs, Zeromus come in the clutch and I blast the King away with 200x Dark attack. Fuck yea. I was tense as fuck going through even the lower levels of the dungeon, but during that battle I was looking at my phone like O____O poring over every entry and exit point for every combo, drawing plot points between each, considering different map choices, etc. I was basically like >this.< I can see how this game can get your blood pumping. Thanks fam <3 EDIT: So, I did the first Dungeon in Challenge mode... The monsters are the same difficulty, the money I got is negligible, I get to pick a team of pure leaders, I don't get any pal points, and I don't even get a stone for it? What's the point of doing these?

If you have the choice between making two combos of your color and making one combo of color plus five off colors you'll end up doing more damage with the latter. Plus it is more efficient so you don't run out of the damage orbs. I didn't really have a choice ;-; There was literally like 20 fire orbs on the screen, haha. But I do understand what you mean. By the way, pal leaders' Leader Skill applies to the team as well as your own? o_O EDIT: Also, how common are Pal Egg Machine events? Should I be saving my rolls?

Should I be saving my rolls? that's the whole point of having friends. You stack up on leader skills, etc. For you, I would just roll as much as you can in PAL. You'll eventually get to the point where the rolls don't really mean much once you can farm the weekday mythicals.

Alright, thanks; but, if/when I do get to that point, why would the Pal rolls mean anything then? EDIT: Also, that is NOT the whole point of having friends man! Friends will be there for you when you are down and out, when your girl leaves you, when you get fired, etc... It's not just about their leader skills man ![]()

Also my ID is 399032386 for any newer people that need another hyper max heavy friend. Usually running Firecat/Awoken Sakuya/Pandora in my three slots with a spattering of Awoken Ra and Awoken Yomi.
