I've mostly been grinding Tower of Giants/Dragons of the Tower to up my rank then using any extra stam to try out technical/special/advance my progress in normal dungeons.
I failed a bunch of stuff with my spare stam, mostly just through learning by trial and error in different dungeons. Watched a few tutorial vids and realized I still have a loooong way to go with my matching the board skills. I had most of the techniques figured out myself but I was being nowhere near smart/aggressive/strategic enough in packing everything together etc. Either way I easily doubled my matching after watching a few tutorials, I do need to work on some specific stuff as there are certain patterns i consistently make a mess of.
But now the weekend half stam for giants is over I probably cant constantly rank up while doing other stuff. I am currently at rank 63, do you guys recommend I just keep grinding ranks? (and grabbing the odd bonus event etc, got my first Tamadra yesterday :D) I've been reading up on different things to farm but other than the pengdras most of them seem to be too hard or random event based sort of stuff for now.
Lastly, I am currently mostly feeding the blue/green ripper dragons I pulled from the PAL machine along with my Sacred Life Goddess Hathor. My question is, whats the best way to go about leveling Hathor? There doesnt seem to be an easy way to get the light Pengdras, so should i just keep feeding her yellow trash? Or is it worth giving her off colour XP stuff like pengdras as well. Also after a long easter weekend of play I finally understand around half of what gets said in this thread which is nice

Keep grinding ranks imo. If you get bored of it though, today is a good day to farm pengdras in technical dungeons, then you can run thursday dungeon to evolve them.
It's worth feeding off color exp to light cards, but if I were you, I'd focus on your Ronia first, as it's better to have a great farming lead first and then a good descend team. If you post your ID, I'm willing to bet many of us will be willing to add you. Many of us run Ronia or Beel, but you might see a different lead until you reach rank 120 (where you can see our secondary lead as well)

I also found a midgame guide since I posted that helps with some of the questions I just asked. I've been levelling the Ronia a little already but haven't yet unlocked the fire pengdra dungeon. At this stage it doesn't matter too much which lead you guys run in team 1 because currently a high level lead stat wise crushes the content i'm at, but the random pal's are usually rank 10-40ish by comparison. Fine for grinding the tower, not so much for technicals/t4.

Well I try to always have ronia on slot 1 because it gets me alot of PAL points. If you ever want to try Hathor x Ra shoot me a PM In game and i'll switch asap

I think people blow rank 100 won't see your slot 1 leader but only current leader.

i meant slot 1 as in itll say 1 above the slot not like team slot 1/X. I have Ra on 1/X and ronia on 2/X that way Ra always shows up as 2 on the friends list and whichever team I last selected will show up as 1 on the friends list.

that's honestly so confusing lol, there's never a good way to tell what someone means when they say "team slot 1". I try to say "active lead" for the one I'm currently using but I never know what to say for the other one.

ya it really is confusing i had no idea how it worked until my friend started playing the game too and he was like i dont see your leader and i was like ?? what? but its pretty easy to tell now since if i accdientally have ra up the whole day ill only getl ike 300~400 pal points but if i have up ronia its always 1000+
I think they are changing up the system though the newest jp UI's seem to have squares and triangles and circles

How you get that much pal from Ronia? I have 100+ devil friends and my hyper maxed Ronia barely get 200 pal. Meanwhile my Andro now give me 300-400 a day

I definitely get more than 200 a day with Ronia/Beel. On most days, I get around 600-800, but if I'm playing actively through the day, it can definitely hit 1000. Jinyung's probably done the same thing as me, and added a lot of lower level ronia/lubu friends. A lot of times, I'd update my padx profile after a godfest, and then clear out the inactive ones as well, I end up cycling through a lot of active lower ranked ronias on my friend list.

i have 300/300 friends and ALOT of ronias. like going down my friend list id say roughly half of my friend list is ronias and the rest are like horus ra and some misc here and there. i usually max out on pal points in around 7~8 days. its pretty common for me to not return to title screen the whole day and see like "youve helped 116 users" cleaning up your friend list is pretty important too but im sure you guys already delete inactives.

Yea if your ronia is hyper maxed and you have half your list with them she will give you a lot of points. This is doubly so if you're nice enough to add low levels to your friends list. They eat up your 297s like candy.
I get 400 to 500 with my meta and another 700 or so with my kali and another 300 some odd with my bsonia. I swap them around often but when it comes to low level friends they are just swamped with Kali so if they see her up they rush to use her right away.

I delete any inactive > 2day, and 195/200~. I usually get 500-600 a day and my ronia is def the leader that gave me the least pal out of beel andro kagu. Though I have slightly less than 50% ronia/lubu/beel friends

my ronias not hyper maxed unfortunately  but basically my friend list is like.. 10~15ish +297 uevo ronias and a couple of uevo ronias who arent at max plus eggs yet then probably about.. 100 evo'd/unevo'd ronias at fairly low ranks, a handful of people who probably reroll specifically for ronia and are bound to use many ronias. I've also been getting a couple messages from lower rank horus/hathor players who ask to put my Ra up lately so I guess it's been used a bit as well

tried zeus mercury twice with some spare spam I had, I just can't deal with the binds on almost every floor :l got to hermes the first time and died then got to apollo the 2nd time but died. GZL got binded i hit a 16x to get his hp down a bit then he used sunlight bullet, converted my hearts and i got rekt.. think I need better bind rcv subs, toki just cant do it in this dungeon.
I also seem to have the hardest time trying to solve 9 combo boards...

I don't really get that much from Ronia anymore either but that's probably because Ronia x Ronia isn't really a thing anymore. I'd probably get a lot more from having a hypermax Lu bu in slot 1 or something. I also value maxed leads over taking on low level charity slots (other than people I know obviously) so that probably factors into it as well.

You could always just mass delete charity ppl if u needed the space =P I mean it sounds mean, I always justify it by 2 reasons, 1) they at least got to use my lead temporarily, 2) they added me on padx,they can do it again. How hard is it to find high plus'd ronias on padx?

when I woke up this morning i got the new day message and it said I helped 113 people so I think Ronia is still getting me a lot of PAL points! im also on day 173 o_o its been like half a year since I started PAD, time flies.

only 173 days and already rank 283? damn, i passed my 100 day marker few weeks ago and im only rank 156 :/

I'm nearly 400 days and still only 330... though I play really exp inefficient, as I'm obsessed with skill up stuff.
